I requested a payout 06/13 which can…

I requested a payout 06/13 which can you believe am yet to receive an update. I was to receive a KYC form i had to reach out for it. Completed it yet to receive an update as they states it takes 24-48 hours to verify which that had passed a long time ago. The worst prop firm on the market. Like i resigned from work depending on this payout as i want to go full on in trading and this is the experience. I'm out of money and don't know if am going to be able to pay my bills as it doesn't seem I'm going to get a payout. I'm in tears right now.

Updated Review on the platform

Pro traders fund had a rocky start but they have done their outmost best to improve their system and platform. I love how user friendly there platform is and how straight faword these challenges are, even with the conditions. The payment system has improved significantly moving from waiting time 3 weeks to just 1 week. I have so far received 2 payouts and they were sent without any issues. I believe pro trades fun is a fantastic website for you to start your challenge journey if your a trader.

No Payout

My experience has been extremely bad. I took the 50k challenge and passed it in the time required. I received the credentials for the live account and made 5k in about a week. The issue came when I requested the profit split online. The button wasn't working so I wrote them and after about 2days ( their average response time to emails) they then sent me a contract and a form. I completed it and submitted with my bank info. It took another week for them to reset before i could finally trade again. The told me 5-7 business days. Almost a month passed with me looking for money in my account yet there was nothing. They eventually wrote me back and said I had written a number on my account incorrectly. I resent the form with another bank which they said they preferred yet another month has passed and i have not seen my payout. I have to believe at this point it is a scam. They didnt even have the decency to at least refund me the money i paid for the challenge. Their practices are illegal and absolutely disgusting.

Account Breach Sabotage Trap & Scam

Traders should be aware of Pro Trader Fund!

I'm saying this as I'm still on an active 10,000$ live account, Ever since I started I've been experiencing more of technical issues which put me in a great risk of loosing my account despite of trading with discipline.

Just to keep you sure! I never breach any clause of their trading rules I'll never do, but. I'm advising my fellow traders especially beginners never fall in to this trap of buying Pro Trader funds account, reason behind is Pro Trader Funds create environment for purposely to fail a trader.. & be aware especially when you get to phase 3 stage you'll see a sudden drop of Margin Level which will make you loose your account by "Margin Call Alert"

I've been talking to the customer support since, by email & live chart with proof they all admitted that this was technical issue that need to be solved, till lately today Sunday night, they've sent me and email after asking them about the progress of the issue just to tell me they have limit the lot size of my 10k to 0.1.

If I was not to ask today I'd be allegedly breached the rules. I'm gonna post further explanation with proof of our chats, email screenshots through my TikTok & Twitter page explaining why you shouldn't go fo this prop farm.

Guys Honestly Don't fall in to this trap!

MY ACCOUNT WAS BREACH DUE TO DAILY LOSS LIMIT BUT I SEND THEM SCREENS-SHOT OF MY TRADES STATING THAT EVEN IF ALL SL WAS HIT IT WOULDNT AMOUNT TO THE DAILY LOSS LIMIT, NEWS OR NO NEWS, MT5 GLITCHES AS WELL, I WAS IN NCAD TRADE AND THE MARKET KEEPS SLAPPING MY SL WITHOUT IT CLOSING THEN IT WENT STRAIGHT THOUGH AND PRICE WAS BEHIND MY SL, I HV PROOF OF THAT WHICH WAS SENT TO THEM AS WELL BACKING MY CASE ABOUT MY ISSUES. IMO ONCE YOU BUY UR CHALLENGE YOURE LEFT OUT IN THE COLD. DISCORD IS WASTE CAUSE NOBODY SPEAKS THERE AND THE OWNERS ARE NOT EVEN ON IT. WITH THAT BEING SAID. My account unfairly breached because there systems was down

My account was suspended for breaching the daily DD when I never even came close to it. I realised that my daily drawdown was not reset from the previous day and they did nothing about it. my account then breached from a daily draw down of less then 800. Every time I message support they offer the same BS response saying they will get back in contact in 24-48 hours with no response and I have done this on 2 separate occasions and my issue is still not resolved till this day and the issue happened on the 17th of may. and when you show them proof via the dashboard vs MT5 history, they ask you to send your contact information so that the "technical team" can look into it then nothing ever happens after that. It's sad that you try to support your local people and get screwed over. I will be spreading the word on all platforms to let people know what I have gone through

Scam likely

My account was suspended for breaching the daily DD when I never even came close to it. This happened to me twice. Every time I message support they offer the same BS response and when you show them proof via the dashboard vs MT5 history, they ask you to send your contact information so that the "technical team" can look into it then nothing ever happens after that. I have sent numerous emails to their support and never got an answer. I also messaged the owner Pajamabillionaire on IG and he tells you to message the same "support" that does nothing and never responds. It's sad that you try to support your local people and get screwed over. I'm done with this firm and will spread the word on all platforms to keep people from buying.

Not what I thought it was

Hey guys, so I tried to withdraw 100% of my profits today (roughly $8k USD). I received no notification or warning that this would fail the account (I should have known better because the reviews here are a bit... lack luster). I also did not get to choose the bank account this money would go into. I have emailed the firm and will keep everyone updated here. If I receive my profit split I will bump this up to a 5 Star rating....

Update: (4/30) received a call on WhatsApp from a customer service representative, she was very helpful and stated the account has not be breached and reset the the trading restrictions that the withdrawl imposed. She advised that the withdrawal will be processed by the end of the week. I will maintain 3 stars for now, if I receive the withdrawal I will repost here. So far I am happy with their service.

May 2; at the very least I have worked with more responsive firms. I think that this firm will likely not pay out the nearly $8000 USD I tried to withdraw and also I do not expect that I will get my funded account back. There has been some communication but I was told 3 days ago I would receive an email to confirm my payout information and I haven't even received that. Boys, it might be better to look for another firm. Downgrading to 2 stars (with hope that I will see some progress on these issues).

May 2 2024 - still nothing, I will adjust my review rating upwards if I see progress but for now guys, I recommend staying away from this company... Best of luck in you're trading. 1 star.

May 16 2024 - straight up ghosted me. No payout, no contact, just dead. There are real firms out there that will pay you for your trading. This is not one of them.

May 22 - they did infact reinstate the account. Still no withdraw has been processed.

Company without a trading licence

I have completed a challenge with 2 phases of 100 000 USD. I have been waiting for my payout for more than a month. At this moment the account has 121 502,90 USD. The profit is 90% plus the deposit for the challenge.
Several times I have contacted the support via the dashboard but so far I have only received empty promises. Recently the robot has been blocked on my dashboard!!!!
I have received all the proofs, mails and even confirmation from the support that I have fulfilled all the requirements. I have also contacted the staff via other platforms, but they have always redirected me.

There are only two options:

- Either all employees who work in this company have no idea how these processes work.

Or, of course, this is what I tend to think:

- This company works without an official licence and provides challenges that cannot be withdrawn from the funded account.

*I was also informed that the terms and conditions state that they do not provide any information about the team members responsible for payouts.

In my opinion, this company does not have an official licence to carry out activities like this.
