This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke, I bought a 5k and a 50k account from these guys and its just pure chaos. First of all, I lost my 5k account because they said i breached my daily loss limit which i didn't.(Their system should be functioning properly to know this info). I tried explaining the issue to the relevant authority and my messages have not been attended to. With the 50k account i passed both phases and its a complete STRUGGLE to get my payout. Requested it about a MONTH AGO and still haven't received it!! Whenever i contact customer service all they tell me is bullcrap, its as if they dont even care. I really expected a better experience doing business with a Jamaican founded company but my my, its AWFUL!

Payout delays

I did a withdrawal request for over 6 weeks ago and the support never answers me and when they answe they told me to wait due to holidays but it has been more than 6 weeks and you cant blame it on holidays and stuff like that, you said it was processed over 2-3 weeks ago but i havent recieved it and nobody answers me now!!

Brought a 200k account and started…

Brought a 200k account and started trading today. I manage multiple accounts and hence depend on trade copiers to copy trades, including this 200k eval acct with PTF. Here is my experience: 1) The MT5 servers were disconnected by 1 - 2 hours today for no apparent reason. 2) After the reconnection was established, for some bewildering reason, the Auto/Algo trading was disabled on the server side. Effectively, all EAs, copiers and scripts are rendered useless. Ive attempted to contact its so called customer service for the entire day, open multiple tickets on the live chat but got no response whatsoever. In the first place, any self respecting prop firm would have detected these issues and attempt to solve it asap and without needing traders like myself to keep "chasing". Disappointed that an entire day of trades were missed due to this error. Until my issue is resolved, this one star bad review shall remain.

Updates: I received email replies from PTF (finally) claiming that the issue with Autotrading disabled on server side is resolved. Notice I used the word "claiming" because NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. The issue remains. Ive sent another reply back to the customer service and its been another 7 - 8 hours since with no replies and issue remains unresolved.

I am trading with various other prop firms in the market and have yet to meet such lackluster and unprofessional attitudes when it comes to resolving its traders issues with the trading platform. Just goes to show what kind of company this is and am beginning to doubt its authenticity. My advice to everyone looking here is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM Pro Traders Fund.

Updates (2) - 04/04

Further to my updates above, I can confirm that the customer support team is still MIA and radio silence. It's been more than 10+ hours since I sent another ticket, once again, no response, no resolution.

Updates (3) - 05/04

Customer support finally got back with an email and initially gave me rubbish advice, even giving me a lecture on "What is an expert advisor" and "firm does not provide one". I seriously rolled my eyes big time on the lack of knowledge these people have. When I clarified, they FINALLY understood my issue and asked me to give them TONNES of information which I reckon they could have easily seen on their end; or not, if which case then the customer support is really useless. Nonetheless I gave them all the info needed and was told a technical ticket has been put up and the technical team will looking it. When it took almost 3 days for the customer support to get back to me, shall see how long it takes for their technical team to resolve such a simple issue (something which, if there IS a technical team, then this issue shldbt be something that traders like me need to worry about. This tells me they are either lazy or incompetent)
