Multumesc echipei Provelt pentru ajutorul acordat in a redacta claimul catre finantator .Am primit in raspuns afirmativ,acum urmeaza etapa in care FCA sa vina cu clarificari privind comisionul discretionar ascuns ,pe care l-am avut la achizitionarea autoturismului.O echipa tanara ,cu mult potential si de mare ajutor ,pe care o recommend cu incredere.

După multă documentare și clipuri vizionate despre aceasta companie, am decis sa încerc și eu sa îmi recuperez ce mi se cuvine. Am aplicat iar în decurs de maxim 2 săptămâni am primit răspuns pozitiv de la finantator. Acum tot ce trebuie făcut e sa aștept sa îmi calculeze suma care trebuie sa imi fie restituita. Recomand cu încredere Team ProveIT. Nu ai nimic de pierdut, ori primești un răspuns pozitiv de la finantator or îți vor returna taxa integrala. Sunt foarte profesioniști și răspund destul de rapid la emailuri sau WhatsApp. RECOMAND CU INCREDERE.

We can confirm that your motor finance agreement with BPF was subject to a discretionary commission arrangement. but we are not currently in a position to provide you with an outcome to your complaint.

As you may be aware. the FCA announced on 1th January 2024 that, owing to the high number of complaints to motor finance firms claiming compensation for commission arrangements, it will now be using its powers to review historical motor finance commission arrangements and sales across several firms.

On the 24th September 2024, the FCA announced that they will share the findings of their review and next steps in May 2025, when they will also consult with motor finance firms on any proposal to compensate customers, with confirmation of any compensation approach to be confirmed after 4th December 2025.
The FCA have extended the pause of the 8-week deadline for motor finance firms to provide a final response to complaints about motor finance agreements. Once the approach is confirmed. It is expected that motor finance firms will start to respond to customers from January 2026.

The team is very great. They helped me out a lot by explaining step by step what is expected from me and how I should proceed to recover the overpaid amount on my car.
The service is very prompt, therefore ensuring that every time sensitive matter is dealt with in a reasonable amount of time.

O companie care lucreaza la cele mai înalte standarde! Profesionalism si seriozitate ! Desi am fost sceptica la început eu deja am primit o decizie pozitiva si mi am recuparat banii de la finantator! Recomand cu drag!

M-au ajutat extrem de mult, mi-au spus pas cu pas e am de făcut, iar săptămâna trecută am primit răspuns acasă de la finanțator, care a recunoscut că am avut comision discreționar în contractul meu de finanțare. Acum urmează să continuăm procesul pentru stabilirea și recuperarea sumei.

Am aplicat alaturi de Proveit pt a recupera dobanda platit in plus ptr masina. Sincer sa fiu, m-au ajutat foarte mult si de fiecare data cand am avut intrebari au fost foarte prompti.
Metoda de comunicare este in general prin email, ceea ce prezinta un avantaj.
Recomand fara ezitare deoarece au comisioane transparente, politica lor este 'no win/ no fee'. Mult succes

They've answered always at all my requests straight away and in a very professional manner, very helpful company.
By following their instructions I've managed to pass the hardest step. I've made Motonovo Finance to admit that I was charged discretionary commission arrangement. Now it's up to FCA to deliberate, all I can do is to wait.
Here is a copy of the answer I got from Motonovo:

"Discretionary Commission Arrangement
Hello,

Thank you for contacting us to find out if your Motor Finance Agreements had a discretionary commission arrangement. After an initial investigation we have concluded that your agreement(s) () for vehicle(s) () did involve a discretionary commission arrangement. We acknowledge and have recorded this as a complaint. We’ll provide you with a reference number via email as soon as possible. In the meantime, please use your agreement number as reference.

No more action is required from you at this stage. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has confirmed they’ve proposed extending the current pause on the usual 8-week deadline for us to respond to complaints, where there was a discretionary commission arrangement in place.

They’re completing a review of discretionary commissions, and are intending to announce their findings and next steps in May 2025.

The deadline that finance providers have to respond to car finance complaints where there was a discretionary commission arrangement in place, has been extended to after 4 December 2025.
