This product did not work at all, when I tried to return I was told that very few have this issue and they tried to get me to continue using, I refused and return products, now they will not respond or process my refund so out money and product, stay clear from this company

I tried to cancel the product after purchasing it on 9.4.2025 but before it was sent. That didn't work. I received the product and on 9.18.2025 emailed Pro Zeniths' support. My email was answered almost immediately by Laura who asked if I would tell her why I want to return the product. I emailed back the next day with the reason and haven't heard anything back. I have since emailed a few times requesting a response as to how I can return the two bottles and receive a refund as promised in their promotion. No response.

I was mislead by their advertising, including their return policy. I tried this product, which resulted in a negative medical issue. I contacted them for instructions as to how to return the 6 bottles I did purchase, which, by the way, cost a ridiculous amount, and based on the guarantee for a no problem return policy. After several times of explaining what occurred, and after they kept offering to refund me 50% and then I can give the bottles to a friend, I finally got them to send me directions. WELL, according to the directions, they want me to submit a VIDEO of me explaining WHY this product isn't working for me. This is ridiculous .... send them a video of me, personally??????

Not at all as advertised.I've been taking this for 40 days.I have lost exactly 1 pound.I do not eat any carbs or carbohydrates as I am celiac.And I only eat clean, healthy, fresh foods.It is a SCAM

Total negative review. Huge scam! They use A-I in their marketing. Unable to contact them. My credit card co is involved now. Do not order !!!!!

This company does not exist. They are SCAMMERS!!!!!. Honest to god it makes me so mad. I watched the video again last night and instead of promoting PROZENITH it was promoting LITOEASE. everything in the video was the same. Same Oprah, same Dr Ania, same everything else. Just a different product. No wonder I was not loosing weight. I am going to give them to the universe to deal with, because I cannot be bothered.i believe in karma. If I could have given no stars, I would have.

Prozenith does not work. I've been on it for 60+ days and I haven't lost a pound. It's mostly Tumeric, which you purchase anywhere.

I feel stupid for falling into this scam. The advertising is a fraud, using deepfakes of celebrities and doctors to recommend the product.
The phone they give on their email does not work. The emails seem to be responded by a machine that cannot read.
This company commits fraud and should be brought to justice.
I requested to cancel the purchase 10 minutes after I made it. Endless emails leading nowhere followed. All of a sudden, I started receiving emails in Portuguese instead of English signed by the same “Laura”.
In order to request a refund, they make you answer tens of questions and even record a video saying why. You also have to pay for the return. A refund, if it happens, may take place after three months.
I am sending a letter to their physical address (?).

You know, I’m not really shocked by the rating on this company because they sell your information to a third-party coaching system to call you after purchase to convince you that you should be fearful and doubtful of your health enough to spend your money with a coaching system that you’re not even sure will work for you or help you with your health in anyway. These sketchy Facebook Supplement are definitely convincing people that they need them and I feel bad for the folks that fall for it.

I want to return the capsules and to date have not had a satisfactory answer from them. I feel that they are trying to get people past the last day for return and refund. They will not answer my emails properly - just offer counselling and other deals. I feel stupid although in reality I am not, I have just been caught out by these fraudsters who prey on people who are desperate to lose weight. I wish I could do more

I have returned the 9 bottles that were sent to me. I reread the ingredients and realized I was allergic to several ingredients. I received my statement from my credit card today and I was charged $221.49 and$250.38 on the same day for the order.
I returned the order on 8/15/25. It was ordered on
8/7/25. I have the tracking info and will be checking it as well. I would really like to know why I have not had a refund and why I had two charges.

I saw the same video and they were advertising a different product called Lipomax! Thank you all for your comments! You saved me a lot of money!

I had an alergic reaction to the Prozenith that I bought from you guys. My back of my legs broke out in large blisters and they itched and burnt. I went to my doctor twice and they said to quit taking the pills. I really triedto use them. I would like a refund and I will mail the bottles back to you.

False Advertisement Fraudulent Process of Orders & Never Received Product PROZENITH-
CLICKBank will take your order then only send one bottle of whatever you purchased. When you call for customer support you get the run-around.
Then they tell you to process through their email at Support@GetProzenith
First two emails are automated responses.
The third email is - they respond by telling you - instead of a refund sign up for coaching at a third of the cost. ?!
After contacting them a fourth time they try push/manipulate you to take the coaching call.
After three calls and five /six emails they tell you to fill out an automated form: (form.typeform
/to/p52Na7Gf ) which forces you to sign - you don’t get the entire refund back. The only way to get some of your money back is take a loss — you have to sign off on the electronic form - fill it out completely & at the very end (which means they are legally off the hook) you can state that you never received the product .
But, either way if you don’t fill out the form, you don’t get the refund and if you do fill out the form you sign off saying they’re not liable and you don’t get your refund or they only give you a partial of what you paid. this is one of those buyer beware issues. If you’re going to order regardless of this post, I suggest you order only one bottle otherwise you’re going to take a loss

As others have said, I wish I could give 0 stars! Their whole advertising campaign is a lie! There is nothing in them except Tumeric and black pepper. DO NOT buy! It's completely false advertising!

Prozenith is represented as a weight loss product. According to the bottle label it is Tumeric/Curcumin. To the best of my knowledge that is not a weight loss supplement. Accordingly, the company received it back a month after I ordered it and has been unresponsive to telephone and email inquiries until I got Clickbank involved. Now they want to take 60 more days to review and complete the refund promise of 100 percent money back guarantee. Don't waste your time and money. It seems to me this product and company are a huge scam. In the meantime they keep wanting me to sign up and pay for coaching. Please avoid them for your own sake.

If there was a minus rating I would use it. This product is a scam and the promos with celebrities are all AI and fake. DO NOT try this product.

The product did nothing in 3 weeks. Tried to get refund and was suggested to try longer. Was told the guarentee would extend for 180 days. At 6 weeks no progress wanted a refund. Reply was to send back 50% and keep bottles. I said no the product does not work. I am hopeful PayPal will come through. PayPal is wonderful to protect your credit card.

I wish I had read these reviews before spending almost $300. I received 6 bottles of capsules with no instructions, just an email to set up a counseling appointment. I have disputed this charge with my card provider & will returning this worthless product immediately!

I fell for a scam. There is an old saying "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!"

I should have listened to that old saying and my gut, but I did not. I threw away money because I wanted to believe this would work....not so!!!

The ProZenith an individual can buy depends on the source. IF you listen to a one particular podcast and her guests, there are four natural ingredients and one is pink salt, plus others.

If you start looking at the ingredients of other groups of ProZenith, they have entirely different groups of ingredients. The one I have only contains Tumeric. I can buy tumeric for a great deal less than $300 for 6 bottles.

Best we look at inward beauty instead of focusing on outward appearance.
