The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful with finding what you are looking for. I love the unique natural pearls that they find and then complement so well in their jewellery. Made with care and beautiful to wear. Can’t recommend highly enough!

The bubbles ring with pink and teal sapphires has carefully matched and blended stones, the design is beautifully balanced. Its smooth and fits snugly to the finger so it's easy to wear. Customer service at Pruden and Smith is always perfect and efficient.

Rebecca and her team helped us transform our vision into the reality of beautiful, inspired, and truly one-of-a kind wedding rings that celebrate and symbolize our love.
Rebecca made us feel comfortable from the moment we met her on a transatlantic video call. She asked all the right questions, explained the process, and set expectations that were met and exceeded. She almost instantly translated our ideas into mock-ups. The Pruden + Smith Team kept in touch with questions, answers, insights, and updates as our project morphed from the initial design phase through to the finished product. P+S took our questions and quirky design preferences in stride and helped us make good choices considering the quality and condition of the family heirlooms we supplied.
We fell in love with the signature rings of the Trap (Sussex Shore) Collection the moment we saw them. These pieces speak to the rugged beauty of our coastal homes, tidal ebbs and flows, and dazzling reflections of so much light, love, and life.
P+S's willingness and ability to transform our family heirlooms into pieces that feel like they naturally fit into this collection makes us feel lucky, blessed, and profoundly grateful.

Remodelling rings
We visited to discuss remodelling engagement ring and wedding rings. They listened to what we had in mind and were very quickly able to translate that into a design. They checked on budget and have a quite short time frame for making the new pieces. Excellent service.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service. Purchased silver bracelet before Christmas but was "lost" by the Post Office. Pruden and Smith hand delivered a replacement (I am local) no questions asked. Excellent bracelet with a simple plain design.
The first bracelet did eventually appear after Christmas, so I was able to reciprocate its return.

Great quality, workmanship, and design.
I have had two pieces of bespoke jewellery made by Pruden and Smith and couldn't be happier with them.
One item, a pendant, was made using two rings that I was no longer able to wear, and the other was an openable ring that I could wear despite having fingers that swell unpredictably.
I have also bought off the shelf pieces for gifts which have always been warmly received.
Pruden and Smith have now become my jeweller of choice.

Beautiful jewellery
I've bought some beautiful pieces from P&S, some as presents but I couldn't resist a pair of baroque pearl earrings for myself. I haven't been to the shop but the website is fantastic and so are the newsletters, which aren't overwhelming but frequent enough to stay in touch. It's a real pleasure to buy from designer jewellers.
