I cannot get a response from this organisation I have enrolled on 10 courses and received certificates after continuous chasing for two I am now ready to receive my third one their system does work properly hence the continuous chasing but I have no response even though I sent emails to all the appropriate avenues Im beginning to feel scammed and cannot believe that their system is so poor the courses I have done have all been really good but without a certificate no use to me

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I bought a CPD course from them and on completion I couldn't receive a certificate because the online form said, "there is a problem". Naturally I tried to contact them through every possible means but I've never had a response! Even their junk emails - of which there are many - state, "If you need help, click here" but there's nothing to click! It's like no one actually works there. It has been a complete waste of my time and money. Awful scam of a company. Steer clear.

An excellent workshop, good material, plenty of examples/case presentations, and professionally conducted by the presenter and the admin.

I've attended a few of these courses, the last one Navigating Narcissism: An integrated and integral investigation into one of the most complex personalities across the globe (MP0035). The speakers are very knowledgeable in their areas and there's a wealth of information provided with PDF downloads. The price is reasonable for online CE towards licensure. The only 2 complaints are that many of the speakers aren't good technology administrators, so this creates frustration for the attendees; and I'm looking for more experts/professionals who work with my population (military and sexual health/relationship education), like AASECT-approved content. That would cover all of my licenses.

I like the depth of the courses. Being able to go through the why and subtleties of a given method, with concrete applications and demos explained by the top minds in the field of psychology is priceless. It goes way beyond discovering new tools or getting a high level presentation of a given approach. It is this depth that gives you the ability and confidence to use the learning with your clients. It’s a no brainer when you consider that you can have such quality content at your fingertip and keep the access to revisit it as much as you want. It is highly valuable knowledge, well laid out, worth acquiring and spreading.

I had a very positive experience, will definitely buy again

This company sends one or two marketing emails every day. It is aggressive, infuriating marketing and I cannot stop them. I have sent emails requesting my details to be removed and nothing has happened. A company that does this is not a good company to be dealing with. I wish I had never subscribed.

I have been very frustrated with the website. It’s taken me almost 4 hours to listen to the first 2 hour course. The video feed would freeze and the spinning wheel would appear throughout the showing and would not unfreeze for a large length of time. I’m in the middle of the second speaker and this has happened again. Not sure I have the patience to complete the next 5 hours.

they keep pestering me with emails, I have unsubscribed about 10 times by now - no effect. There is spam every single day.

The videos are collection of events and webinars that are OK, I think they need some editorial linkage why this one how does it relate to the last one etc.Each individual video has some key messages but there is no flow linkage between them.

It's a 13 hour course. I'm about a third of the way through it. To be honest I don't feel it is that great. There is no clear explanation of what ego state therapy is - and the predominance of the EMDR perspective, the ego state material gets overwhelmed. I will still learn from it - but I'm a little disappointed.
