Great communication with courses easily connectable

Tee at PT Academy was great to deal with. Really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually listened to what I needed. He’s also got a great personality and sense of humour, which made the whole experience even better.

Didn’t feel pushy at all, just helpful and straightforward. Answered all my questions and made everything simple. Proper 5-star service—would definitely recommend.

I completed my Level 2 and Level 3 PT courses with Sofia and had a great experience throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better tutor and mentor on PT Academy’s Level 3 Personal Trainer course, which I have just successfully passed! She was truly exceptional from the first day right up until the end of the course. A supportive, empathetic and incredibly patient tutor who always went above and beyond.

Her knowledge is outstanding, and she explains things clearly and thoroughly, which made learning feel both engaging and enjoyable. Her availability beyond the scheduled course hours meant she was there to answer questions, offer guidance/corrections and encourage progress whenever I needed it. She was always able to alleviate any self-doubts I had during the course, which is why she’s such an incredible tutor!

Sofia’s supportive, mentoring approach helped me not just complete the course, but feel genuinely ready and empowered as a future personal trainer about to embark on a new career path. To put it simply: she’s pretty awesome! :)

I’d also like to say a special thank you to Anthony in head office who was really supportive during the course, shout out to Liam at the gym who was super helpful and last but not least(!) our online tutor David, who was absolutely brilliant. As I may not get the chance to write a separate review for David, I just want to say he is incredibly knowledgable and has a wealth of experience in the industry, spanning more than 20 years! He was supportive, patient and his lessons were excellent and taught to a very high standard!

I did the L2 and L3 for personal training through PTacademy. The courses are well organised, well supported and smooth to get through. When I signed up, my mentor, Sofia Shamimi, reached out super fast and introduced herself which was really helpful. She also helped a lot whenever I had questions about how to go about completing the course and any other difficulties I had. I had a few injuries and setbacks delaying my practical assessments and she was very understanding, and kept reaching out to ensure I was on top of things. She was very helpful with the practical, convincing me to do it in person rather than recording it, explaining to me the benefits of doing it in person and making it a stress-free experience. During the assessments, she was very welcoming and kind, and very clear with what needed to be done, and asked me a lot of questions, ensuring I had a solid understanding of the course content. She was very helpful regarding the workbooks when it came to marking and making any corrections, summarising where corrections need to be made and made it easy to understand why things needed to changed and what level of detail and theoretical understand I should have and show- it made learning easier and more enjoyable as it made me want to go back and get a deep understanding so I could fix my mistakes and give more in-depth solutions when needed. Overall she made it a very stress-free and smooth and enjoyable course and was a great mentor.

My experience with PT Academy has been great. The consistent support and flexibility given to me by my work coach/ tutor Rian JB Malcom-Smith has allowed this process to feel comfortable, easy and a breeze to complete. However there were clear issues in class I believe that the way it still was able to function, be complete in a short time, feedback was given rapidly and things was communicated well It was an excellent experience that I would recommend to others. I just hope you get the same tutor as I did. I intend to complete another course here with PT Academy in Birmingham.

A simple Google search provided the necessary information for PT Academy and their offerings. After completing a simple online form, I received a prompt call back from Atiya, who was extremely helpful, informative and provided everything I needed, then followed up with an email to detail full breakdown of course plans etc. Within an hour, everything was signed and completed. Very happy
