Unfortunately the album I ordered wasn't in stock. The company refunded me with no problems and kept me in the loop with regards how the refund was progressing. So at least when things go wrong it was sorted quickly.

Poor dispatch times - normally over a week - poor stock control, items often showing in stock when they aren’t. This means they hold onto your money for almost two weeks before refunding - I will not be buying from them again as there are many more reliable and efficient sellers out ther

Ordered 7th Feb, order cancelled despite showing as in stock on the site. After this my funds were taken from my account, despite not shipping anything and me asking twice for my refund. Still don’t have my refund, if not complete in the next 48 hours I will be forced to raise a chargeback.

Great experience. They had a very rare out of print book which I had been looking for for years. I took the leap and bought it, super stoked I had found it finally. I immediately received a confirmation followed by a dispatch confirmation and email from Royal Mail that it would be with me within 48hrs. And on the day it arrived well packed and just as described. Fantastic service.

Seller was very helpful during the process, shipping times were slightly long, but can’t be helped especially as a seller who isn’t a large corporation, would recommend!

Highly recommend this company. In the day of pre-ordering/back orders - if youre patient then all orders are fulfilled.
Phil is obviously very busy (a good sign!) but will always go the extra mile. I've never ever had a problem in years of buying from P2FH & prefer to buy from them than from other companies.

Just awful 13 days to send it out. Asked for refund before it was posted, only for Phil to say it had gone. 4 days later got a notification that Royal Mail had it. Make what you will. Highly recommend you do not punktofunkheaven.co.uk

I saw the reviews and thought here we go again because I've had problems with other vinyl dealers but I can't fault them nobody is perfect and things can go wrong but try and resolve it before putting up bad reviews after all we are all human cheers Keith

I ordered and paid for some records from this seller. After a month I still haven't received them and unfortunately I don't think I will. I contacted the seller via email several times, but he either doesn't reply to the email at all or replies with a week's delay, blurts out some nonsense in the email and doesn't answer the main question - when will the records be sent. In the end I was forced to open a Paypal case to get my money back.
I think this is a classic scammer who takes money for an order that he knows he can't fulfill and figures that people won't bother with a refund so he'll keep it for himself.
These types are best avoided in a wide range, unless you're the masochistic type of person who enjoys wasting time and energy trying to get your money back.

If you absolutely must order from this guy then I recommend doing it via Paypal or some other intermediary with insurance because otherwise you'll be left without both the records and the money...

I order direct on their website and occasionally on the eBay shop. Fabulous choice of albums you don't see elsewhere at wonderful prices. Everything is always well packaged with a reasonable delivery span.

As a whole, I don’t tend to leave reviews. But as I see a few negative reviews here, just wanted to share my own experience.

Ordered a record that I’ve been after for a while now. ( bit slow on the uptake on this particular one so a few of my usual outlets had already sold out )

Ordered on a Sunday, and got a message from Phil a few days later to let me know it was on its way. The record was received safe and sound a couple of days later.
No, It didn’t come next day... or was it super quick ( about 7 days all being told ) But I didn’t expect that coming from a small independent distro to be honest.
From my experience, I would be more than happy to recommend them and shall definitely be ordering again.

Honestly, I wish I checked these reviews before ordering. No item after 2 weeks, no email or explanation as to why. Have advised Klarna there is a problem with this merchant and order. Sent 2 emails and no response. The order number is #10512.

Cancel the order and refund the money. And please stop allowing people to purchase items which are out of stock and never will be in stock, just so you can take them over the 30 day mark with waiting so they cannot get a refund.

Pre ordered The Wall Demos from Roger Waters. There was a error with one of the discs which must have happened at the pressing plant. Phil dealt with the matter without any hesitation. Good coms throughout and matter now resolved. Thank you punktofunkheaven............we got there in the end.

Very happy with the service I have received. Great selection of unusual import LPs on coloured vinyls at great prices. They have always been really helpful & try to match (if not better) prices elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

Like many others ordered a record on 8 th June .
Took my money ,told it was been shipped that day.
Now June 24 th Phil emailed me waiting for re stock .
No communication what so ever total disgrace.
This is not the way to run a business.
I think people are correct they just advertise anything.
And our money is sitting in their pockets.
