Customers service was above and beyond
Customer service was brilliant. I brought the extra small size harness for my puppy. I emailed Pupclub, and asked if I returned the harness and they exchanged it for a small and they gladly accepted. I was panicking because I couldn’t find my receipt so wrote on a piece of paper. I then send it off and then realised I’ve put the wrong post code. Some how Pupclub received it and exchanged it for the small.

Fabulous customer service for a superb product
We have used this Rover harness for our previous dog & were very happy with it. It was a no brainer when we needed one for our new dog.
It is simple to adjust & fits absolutely perfectly. It looks smart.
The customer service from the company was outstanding & I would recommend them & their products without hesitation

Miracle harness!
I bought the no pull bundle and I must say, the quality is exceptional. Package arrived within two days of placing order. My dog was terrible on the lead before trying out this harness, now walking him is so much easier, no pulling whatsoever!! Thanks for a brilliant product.

Outstanding purchase
This is my second order from Pupclub culture, it is very fast delivery always packed with care . My first order was the dog harness lead set in the forest pattern and its so well made and easy to put on , looks great always get stopped and asked where its from . My second order was the dog walking bag , treat pouch and d rimg to hold a flask . It is so lovey im really happy with it . Material is very nice really well made looks amazing.

Would recommend
Love the harness we purchased for our pup: lovely colour, perfect fit and seems so sturdy. Multiple buckle fastenings mean it's easier to get on and off unlike some others where it can only go over their heads which our dog dislikes.
Order process was easy and delivery was pretty prompt. Would definitely recommend.

Best harness we've ever had
This harness is for our cocker puppy. It's a teeny bit big at the moment, but he's not allowed out for another 3 weeks, so should fit him by then. It is the best made harness we've ever had, with really strong clips, thick padded straps, and a useful handle on the top for emergencies. We're introducing our pup to it slowly. The check design is gorgeous.

Although the harness was not quite right fiit wise due to my dog not the company The support to return the item and advice provided was excellent. If I can get a harness to fit my dachshund supplied through Pup Club I will use their services.

Nicely made harness
Nicely made harness. Well finished, a neat and tidy design. I can’t use the front D ring as my Working Cocker Spaniel regularly tangles the lead in his front paws. The top D ring is fine and does stop him pulling slightly. I combine the harness with a figure of 8 type lead which works well. Ozzy is 12.50 kg and the small size fits well. Recommend
