Well made but.........
Whilst these are very well made harnesses, I ordered an xs and s because I wasn't sure which would fit. I found these absolutely impossible to adjust. Far too fiddly. I couldn't get the extra small one to go big enough and the small one to adjust down. I have a 20 week old cavapoo who is not keen on a harness and these are so far from easy on. Have returned all.

I am sorry that you found the adjustments to be fiddly - If you reach out to us we are always happy to help with adjustments and can send you video demonstrations. I have requested some extra info so i can reach out direct to get this resolved.
Failing that, we will refund you as soon as we receive the order back in, but we would love to be able to help you with the adjustments.

Love this company. I have 2 of the harness bundles. For summer and winter 🤣 they are such good quality. They arrived quickly and in lovely packaging. The bundles are great value. Will be back for more without a doubt.

Wonderful product but unfortunately little Stanley is too small
He was most disappointed that it didn’t fit so it’s on its way back to you.

Exceptional company
I queried a delivery, and the Lisa was absolutely fabulous is reassuring me and making sure everything went perfectly.
The package was on time and internally the item was personally wrapped, a lovely touch.

Lisa was amazing!! I had to return 2 harnesses due to them being the wrong size ( my fault) and I wanted to change the type of harness and Lisa arranged everything for me, including part refund and discount included so I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely fantastic customer service and we have ordered harness’s from here before and they are excellent quality

Perfectly perfect
My gorgeous boys love their new Rugged harnesses.
They were never keen on their old over the head ones but the new ones with 3 point clips are much kinder and they love them.

Quality rugged harness
Easy to fit. Well made & seems and looks more comfortable than our previous other brand harness. No more chasing the dog round the house trying to get his old over the head harness on!! Which is a massive plus 😊

Great Company
PupClub are lovely. Very helpful and friendly and gorgeous doggy attitre. They shipped in lovely well wrapped packaging and it arrived promptly Sadly the XS was still a bit big and a collar on sale was really big for XS and she grew into them eventually. BUT the leads and poo bag were fine and really washable which I love as is the harness. Authentic company. Honest and friendly and helpful.
