I have had clear skin all my life, then suddenly in my mid 30's I was dealing with red,angry and recurrent cystic acne on my jawline and neck. My confidence fell. Love this brand and their marketing. The products are delicious and yummy and actually make my bowels move after I've struggled for so long! Would highly recommend the Gut Glow Collagen and Fibre powders - they're now an essential part of my everyday morning routine.

I was always using psyllium husk till I found Parau gut fiber. Has made my life so much easier and having my body looking better too.

I feel so much less bloated and regular since taking the Gut Fibre. I don't see myself going a day without this little saviour. It is my morning ritual. It mixes so easily with my morning coffee, and is completely taste free. I don't even know it's in my coffee but the relief it gives me.......well, can't say enough good things really 🌻

Interesting product, have used for a month and was looking for a replacement for Metamucil and help reduce bloating which it appeared to do, but the flip side was my Metamucil one wipe has now become my Purau lots of wipes LOL. I don't think the product is poor in anyway it just hasn't given the results that I was sold on and had a 'wipe' downside for me (can't believe I'm writing this) that you'd never know until you use it. Back to Metamucil and will dispose of the balance of the product.

I am very impressed with this product. After trying different brands, PureAu is the only one that has taken away a lot of my bloating and I definitely feel better in the stomach. It's almost like a light feeling. It's been well worth paying a little extra.

This gut fibre is absolutely brilliant and works so well. I have struggled with constipation for years and even recently had colonic irrigation (as well as a daily dose of other fibre supplements). Nothing has worked until PuraU came along and I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. No longer do I need to “rock” on the toilet seat!
