This is the only thing that has ever worked for me

Love this brand and their marketing. The products are delicious and yummy and actually make my bowels move after I've struggled for so long! Would highly recommend the Gut Glow Collagen and Fibre powders - they're now an essential part of my everyday morning routine.

I was always using psyllium husk till I found Parau gut fiber. Has made my life so much easier and having my body looking better too.

I feel so much less bloated and regular since taking the Gut Fibre. I don't see myself going a day without this little saviour. It is my morning ritual. It mixes so easily with my morning coffee, and is completely taste free. I don't even know it's in my coffee but the relief it gives me.......well, can't say enough good things really 🌻

Interesting product, have used for a month and was looking for a replacement for Metamucil and help reduce bloating which it appeared to do, but the flip side was my Metamucil one wipe has now become my Purau lots of wipes LOL. I don't think the product is poor in anyway it just hasn't given the results that I was sold on and had a 'wipe' downside for me (can't believe I'm writing this) that you'd never know until you use it. Back to Metamucil and will dispose of the balance of the product.

I am very impressed with this product. After trying different brands, PureAu is the only one that has taken away a lot of my bloating and I definitely feel better in the stomach. It's almost like a light feeling. It's been well worth paying a little extra.
I plan on taking the gut health products for a long time to come.

This gut fibre is absolutely brilliant and works so well. I have struggled with constipation for years and even recently had colonic irrigation (as well as a daily dose of other fibre supplements). Nothing has worked until PuraU came along and I honestly can’t sing their praises enough. No longer do I need to “rock” on the toilet seat!

Purchased this AMAZING product on advice from my Daughter-In-Law. She said it was Brilliant. Having had Gastric Band plus also Gastic Bypass Surgeries i needed a product which would deliver. I was taking far too many laxatives & was tired of how much they cost. Plus it was not good for me. Just one dose of this GUT FIBRE & i was hooked. It worked within 1.5hrs. Thats all it took to move my colon. No laxatives needed anymore. I just purchase your wonderful gut fibre & im moving my colon a few times a day & im over the moon. Even told my GP how well it worked for him to advise any other patients having the same issue. So happy iv found Gut Fibre. I use it a couple of times a day now & im less stressed on it. My tummy feels more settled & my colon is as happy as Larry ;-] Thankyou guys for your amazing products. I will tell whoever wants to listen about this product. I will never go back to laxatives. Iv got just what i need. Arrives quickly. Works super efficiently. Straight to your door. Last order i needed it straight away because i was getting low. I got priority paid which didnt cost much & it was here within 2 working business days. You kept us updated all the way to my door. See you next time i purchase Gut Fibre. I cannot recommend this product more. I have diverticulitis flares often. I have not had one since I started PuraU Gut Fibre - I then added the Guy Glow to my regime. I have recommended it even to my Doctor. I’m putting my Mum on it now. About to order again. Great service too. 🥰👍

I am a 33 year old woman who has struggled with acne my entire life. I genuinely cannot put the improvement in my skin down to anything other than this product. I take the collagen and the fibre daily and have seen a massive improvement. I definitely prefer the strawberry and watermelon flavour. I have pre-purchased 3 months worth because I ran out when they were last sold out and was devastated.

I've been using the Skin and Gut maintain for a couple of months now and have found that the longer I’ve been using this product, the better my skin is. I still have the occasional breakout, but I find it clears up faster leaving my skin so much clearer and making me more confident. Couldn't recommend enough!!

I highly recommend PuraU Gut Fibre. I have tried so many other products and nothing has worked. I noticed the difference within a week and I now have it every day. Tasteless and easily dissolves in water. Thank you for making this product!

I’ve been really happy with this product. I’ve struggled with bloating and stomach discomfort, and since using it I’ve noticed a definite improvement. My stomach feels much more settled and comfortable, which has made such a difference, and it tastes great which is an added bonus. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend it!
