I ordered two pairs of black trousers EaseTailor - Flexible Straight Fit Smart Comfort Pants Black in two sizes and paid extra for fast 5-9 days shipping. Totally 140 EUR. Shipping took one month and the pants were the same size and too tight and only very little stretchy and not good quality. You get the better quality from Any European local cheap clothing story for half the price.

The cut is also really bad and makes me look like a CLOWN. 🤡

This Company does BIG time OVERSELLING. I will NEVER order from this company again. This is pure marketing company and not serious clothing store.

I placed an order on 24 September 2026 and paid £119.18. The advertised delivery time was 5–9 working days, but almost a month later, our order still has not arrived.

The tracking link provided gives no useful information, and I have been unable to obtain a clear delivery date. I have emailed the company twice and received no response.

Having paid in full, I would expect at least an update about my order. The delay and lack of communication have been extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Terrible service, I’ve been waiting for my order more than 6 weeks and nobody is responding

In April this year I ordered a special pair of black trousers for £60, with mesh panels claimed to keep you cool in hot weather and to be made of high quality material which was very stretchy. 5 x stretch was claimed. After a month a normal pair of black trousers arrived and after months of emails and photos they finally gave me a return address in China with no prepaid label. Avoid this company at all costs! They pretend to be a uk company exaggerate their products and pretend to be helpful but actually do nothing to solve the problem.

The company could improve by changing the name to PoorClo - and their tag line: tailors to dwarves.

Exceptionally long delivery time, poor quality goods, and clearly they paid no attention whatsoever to the size instructions. Avoid this company entirely. Whatever the media says, there is no danger of the Chinese taking over the world or anything else: even Americans could probably deliver better quality!

I ordered a pair of trousers a month ago and i am still waiting for them. went onto Pureclo "track my parcel" which only told me that the shipping details had been sent from China

I STILL HABE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER LAST SEPTEMBER 9, 20026. I have placed another order for three more pants.

I ordered 0n 23/5/26 two pairs of trousers at £119.98 . When they arrived few days later I opened one of the packs and the trousersdid not fit andcI was disappointed especially since they looked so cool on their sales video. I am still awaiting a response to my application for a refund and my request for return information which was not included in the parcel.
Where do I go from here. I hope I might get a response to this trust pilot copying?

I paid for goods on 19 July 2026, after multiple attempts to get a reply from them I finally received an email on Monday, 7 September 2026 telling me that my order was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and my payment was not refunded yet.

Not even one star Do not buy from them . Bad quality goods wrong sizes sent and refuse to refund unless you spend £20 postage back to China . Utter rogues

Sent in a completely different order and wrong size and only agreed to give a refund if I sent the goods back to China which would have cost £20.absolutely certain they wouldn’t have refunded then

Ordered in May 2026 for my husband’s birthday in June 2026. They sent the wrong size. Been in touch with them a few times now, they promised to send me the correct size. Guess what….still waiting. Hoping others will read this before they think about ordering from this company.

Very bad, I order a pant size 34/34, an I received 34/32, too short for me. Guys better don’t buy in this site.

The pants I received was an incorrect color, and the material was very low quality. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I ordered. Never again.

I liked the look of the trousers. Got the waist one size bigger as instructed. Took the chance as write ups were bad. Took a long time to get here. Didn’t like the look of them when that arrived but they looked much better when I put them on. Really liked the trousers, wore them all the time. Ordered a pair in different colour. Was surprised that they arrived quite quickly. I knew I was taking a chance. Would not like to be in a position of having to return them. I normally stick to Amazon but took the gamble.

Hice dos pedidos uno el 7/24/2026 y el otro el 7/28/2026 de dos pantalones cada uno de tallas 40 y los 4 me llegaron de tallas 38 y cómo no me quedan cómodos, he tenidos que regarlos a mis empleados que le sirven, porque devolverlos me resulta más caros que el precio de los pantalones, lamentablemente no pienso volver a comprarle ningun artículos más. Arrived on schedule and in good condition at the 2nd attempt, dont know how I missed the first attempt of this delivery because I stayed at home waiting and tracking.

⚠️ **PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY**

I feel compelled to warn other potential customers about my experience.

The company advertises its products as being exceptionally good quality, but unfortunately that was not my experience at all.

When my order arrived, the item was **far too small and was not the size I had specifically ordered**. On top of that, I found the material to be of **very poor and inferior quality**, certainly not what I was led to expect from the company's advertising.

I contacted customer services immediately. After waiting an unreasonably long time for a response, I was eventually told that they were extremely sorry and that I **did not need to return the item** because they would arrange a replacement and process a new order for me.

That was on **6 June 2026**.

Today is **20 August 2026**, and I am still waiting.

After all this time, I have now initiated a **chargeback through my debit-card bank** in an attempt to recover my money.

I am sharing this simply so that other people can make an informed decision before spending their hard-earned money. The company operates from **China**, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exercising extreme caution and thoroughly checking independent reviews before ordering.

I certainly have learned my lesson. In future, I will be **much more careful about what I buy and where I buy it from**.

I bought some shoes from Pureclo. They took ages to arrive and were very disappointing when they did. The quality was very poor and they were too small. I won't be using them again.
