Pure Maintenance of East Texas LLC Reviews

Pure Maintenance of East Texas was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The inspection and mold removal was quickly scheduled. They communicated clearly and took care of everything from start to finish.

The Pure Maintenance crew were very professional! They are very knowledgeable and great at explaining all of the details of the reports as well as the mediation. They even sent multiple pictures throughout the process! I would highly recommend them if you have any mold concerns!

Super happy with the whole process! Seth and Pam were helpful, friendly and patient with me and all of my questions as well as my time frame for getting the treatment done. My house looks and smells cleaner than I think it’s ever been! I have some sinus issues and I’m very hopeful to see some changes after having this treatment done.

We had a severe mold issue in our office which is a house built in 1890. The mold was so bad employees were experiencing some issues with sinuses and congestion. We called Pure Maintenance as we found out their focused treatment does not require any demolition.
The same day we called, Seth, the Owner came and set up air scrubbers while we were waiting for the exterior of the house to be sealed up by our Contractor. As soon as the outside was sealed up Seth and Charles treated our office. The treatment included the attic, HVAC system the interior of the two office floors and the crawl space under the house, it was an all-day project. We didn't have remove any of our office equipment or furniture. We came back to the office the next day and no employees have any complaints regarding the health issues they had previously been experiencing. Their cleanup after the treatment is awesome as well!
We would definitely recommend Pure Maintenance for anyone who is experiencing a mold issue!
