I love having puretalk as my phone provider. Never any problems with coverage. When I had the occasion to call customer service I got a very polite English speaking agent. problem solved .

What Pure Talk is doing well is that they have provided reliable cell phone service at a reasonable price. We have had no problems with our service. Thank You!

I talked to Julie at puretalk she was kind understanding and so professional I needed to use a friends debit card as mine was lost it didn't faze her she helped me out in record time I had my phone back on

Easy to switch carriers. Price is a lot cheaper than Verizon. The coverage isn’t as good in my area as Verizon.

Workers are polite, kind hearted, and understanding.

I'm thrilled with PureTalk because I have excellent service; customer support is great and I love that it was started by our Veteran Heroes!! Also, of course, I'm only paying less than half of the money I paid to AT&T!!!

So far all is well, I was not aware that calling Canada was restricted on my plan, but it works out fine for me.

I have not experience any problems with Pure Talk and is keeps me in my budget now that I am almost 80 years old

You get what you pay for, if you’re not on WiFi service lags badly

The service is great and now that my data is better I have no complaints.

I've only been a member for two months, but, so far, so good. I left my other company because the calls kept cutting out, and it was impossible to get hold of anyone if there was a problem. I haven't had those problems once with Pure Talk, and I can now relax when I make a call. I love the price, too. You can't beat a bill for under $25/month!

PureTalk has been working great for me. I'm getting good coverage and service and for less than 1/2 the cost of Verizon.

And, of course, I love their support for conservative causes, freedom and liberty for America.

The low price was the #1 attraction. The switch from another company was easy and I was able to keep my same number. And the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend PureTalk.

I was on a family plan with another carrier, and was not the primary on the account. That meant I was not in control of my own money or the decisions being made. Customer service was terrible and I ended up being lied to when my broken phone had to be replaced. That cost me over $1100 out of pocket! Enough!
Now we’re only saving about $10 per month BUT… I am in control of the account and I value that greatly. Plus Pure Talk has MUCH BETTER customer service and support - in spoken English that I can understand!! Their agents are always professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is always handled quickly. I love the flexibility of being able to add data or otherwise make adjustments at any time. This is a great company!!

Was having issues dropping my carrier and internet and one call got me going.

My first bill was for $45.
Second and third were $65.
When I inquired , I was told that I signed up for insurance for both phones. I didn't.
If I had, wouldn't it be on the first bill?

I like that it’s a veteran run company. Prices are very reasonable. Being able to speak with someone in the USA is good. I do have some dead zones to deal with and would like not to have those. I wish there was a store so I could get help with problems even if I need to drive a ways from my normal areas. I haven’t used customer service yet however I will be possibly calling to see if the experience I have with some calls being difficult to hear can fixed and if issues with scammers or requests to download a cleaner app is also a scam. It states my phone is severely damaged; yet I can use it still.

So far, so great. I had to call customer service a couple of times, and the staff was knowledgeable and resolved the issue quickly and completely. I have noticed a reduced number of bars, but no reduction in service. I came over from Xfinity, and the difference is dramatic in cost and service.
