In the last 3 months with Pure Talk, I have driven over 6,000 miles. From home base in Nebraska to Chicago Illinois and back, and again same trip, and 2 trips to Oklahoma City and back. Never once did I lose signal! Great coverage added to my military discount and anybody would be mistaken to not try Pure Talk. Keep up the great work!

The service ce I am receiving via Pure Talk is at least as good as with my previous service but at much less than half the cost. Thank you

Heard about Pure Talk on the Jesse Kelly show. Almost couldn’t believe what he was saying about them but was having major issues with Verizon so I took the plunge. As stated: 1) switching was super easy. 2) customer service was beyond helpful. 3) Auto pay makes the super low bill easy to forget about. 4) my cell bill didn’t get cut in half it is a 3rd of what I was paying. 5) Pure Talk uses the same cell towers but somehow, someway I have a signal in an area (2bars) that I had zero coverage in before. 6) had issues with my voicemail at first ( not a Pure Talk thing, it was a Verizon hold over) but customer service transferred me to a super smart lady who walked me through fixing all my phones. She stayed on the line till I fixed all my phones and even checked several other things pro actively. Long story short, it’s been 6 months of cell phone bliss. Thank you Pure Talk!

Phillip show genuine concern about my issue. I am pleased with his patiences and extra mile he took to help me. Excellent customer service. Phillip did not rush me off the phone nor did he show any annoyance toward me. I was treated with the highest respect and I am glad I have service with Pure Talk I highly recommend to anyone to seek their services.

Pure talk is a great plan as long as you stay in the US. If you travel out of country and use your phone for calls and data, the saving you’ve made during the year go back to Puretalk in international roaming and long distance charges. Adds up very quickly and is very disappointing.

The service is fine....no problems generally. But I don't have a voice mailbox. Is this something I have to put up with or is there a solution.

Switched from Verizon to PureTalk to save money. Went from ~$70/line to ~$30/line....a no brainer. Now I see Verizon is advertising a $30/line plan. HAHA.
I also like PureTalk's customer service reps because they speak understandable english.

I’ve been with PureTalk for at least two years. The service is consistently reliable and the customer service is always great.

Excellent customer service if they don't have the answer they will make sure you are taken care of with the appropriate technical support from your particular phone company ie Samsung Apple etc. I have never gone away with out an answer. Always friendly and helpful staff at Pure Talk

Great customer service that are friendly and knowledgeable. I've referred many to Pure Talk because the mobile service is as good as any company I've had, but with the assurance that our money isn't going to fund radical left agendas.

We were with Verizon. After 20 years and being treated like cattle and denied a senior discount or any concession and being over charged for a shared 2G plan we made the switch. Wish we did it sooner! What great company, affordable plans with awesome customer service who actually like us. This is how it should be! Highly recommend you make the switch!

The customer service has been fantastic, and the service is great.

Very satisfied with the exception of how difficult it was to switch over from my old provider ( Xfinity ) to Pure Talk.
The live help with someone over the phone and here in America made it so much easier to deal with and understand. Thank you for that !
