I don’t want to jinx things so to speak. I feel that Cate, Arianne & their team seem to have consistently come across as reliable ever since I first messaged them with q&a efforts! I ended up trying to try go to for their ginkgo biloba in 6 pack bulk shopping option after initially trying it out so fingers crossed! Thank you guys! Raza :)

Bought the belly fat and moob capsules. I took them all exactly as prescribed. Nothing happened. Waste of money. I asked for a refund to which I was told sorry but you are outside of the 30 day policy. Takes 30 days to finish the capsules. Quick to offer a discount to waste my money even more. After saying I,d leave a negative review instead was offered a 30% discount. Why would I easte my money again? AVOID. THERE ARE BETTER PRODUCTS OUT THERE! DO YOUR RESEARCH . 0 STARS

Have purchased a few vitamins from Purolabs over the past year as I’m impressed with the quality of their products. As others have mentioned here though, you need to be aware of the subscription trap which I fell into today!
I placed an order and used the code SUB10 believing I was getting 10% discount for subscribing to their newsletter and not a continuing order that renews automatically each month. I tried to cancel but there is no option to do that on the My Subscription page. I’ve read in their terms and conditions that you need to receive two orders via subscription before the option to cancel appears on the portal.
Have been trying to contact them all day today, without response, to cancel my order and subscription. Have now received shipment confirmation and finally a reply from Cate telling me about the benefits of subscription, but no option to cancel.
Will update here if I finally manage to get the subscription cancelled, but be wary folks of the subscription trap I fell into!

Order is on its way but they have now cancelled the subscription, as requested yesterday. All sorted!

I have been on the Purolabs Meno Complex for a month and can honestly say they have definitely kept my symptoms at bay. Can recommend and I will definitely be purchasing again.

Easy to order , delivered quickly , great products free from bulking and filler agents , just a clean product .

They trap in to their subscription plan and then when you request a refund, they make you pay for postage. Far better companies out there to buy from

I love this company & the products! After experiencing bad hair shedding & searching for a solution, I came across Purolabs & ordered some supplements. Within a few weeks, the shedding stopped & soon, new growth began to show, so I signed up for regular deliveries - so easy, & I am very happy. My hair has never looked better.Highly recommend Purolabs, great company, great service.

I have been getting all of my supplements from Purolabs for years. Their products are not a problem - they’re actually great. However, their service lately has been horrendously below par. In the past they would respond within one day; hours, even, and deliveries were always made on time with Royal Mail tracking. But, now it takes days of chasing to get a response to simple queries. Their deliveries are also so delayed, and they no longer provide tracking numbers. They use a disabled tracking number which tells one nothing of use. My last order was dispatched 5 days ago, and I’m still waiting.

I’ve now cancelled all of my subscriptions with Purolabs. It’s a shame because I do really like their clean, informative and clearly-labelled supplements, but their drop in service has made me go elsewhere. Thorne is a great brand (healf.com).

Excellent service as always. I’m on subscription for D3 K2 & this is a clean vitamin with no fillers. Delivery is always on time & if you should have a query, Cate or another member of staff will answer very quickly. I highly recommend this company for its efficiency & quality vitamins. Delivery was quick and packaged securely.

I have only been using the product for just over a month and have seen some slight improvement with regard to hot flushes. I feel confident that continuing to take the product could will be beneficial to me. Time will tell

I've been taking this product for some 3 weeks now and I can see the difference both in my hair, which is healthy and shiny, and in my nails, which have mercifully become thick and are not breaking anymore. I am happy to recommend this supplement.
