Absolutley excellent service in every way - Our agent Diane was just fantastic. This isnt a process that most folk are familiar with and we have been guided through each step easily and clearly with all aspects covered including legal in an easy package. Excellent as life is busy enough. As for an agent, advice, viewings, pricing all taken care of and end result has been an excellent price for our property and a very quick sale. I'd definitely use Purplebricks Mortgages again. Our Mortgage Advisor Lydia was great and explained everything really clearly. Both her and Emily, our Case Manager, were quick to come back to any queries. Emily kept us updated and gave clear next steps at each stage of the application process. This was really helpful as we are first time buyers.

Sharon worked tirelessly to get the sale over the line. She was in constant contact with the buyers solicitors to get all the required documentation which enabled us to get memorandum of sale in place so we could get our offer agreed on a property.
