Prompt turnaround

Just Excellent service. I would recommend the company to anyone.

I had problems with my Sky+ HD Box.
Sky refused to send an engineer out , quoting “ They no longer stocked Sky+ Boxes or their components “ therefore won’t repair them.
I phoned Richard at Chigwell Satellite who asked what the problem was, and identified it as being a faulty cable connection and not a box problem.
On a second occasion I had problems recording and watching sky programs.
Again Richard correctly identified this as a setup problem and talked me through the process over the phone , so saving me 2 call out charges.
I can’t recommend Chigwell Satellite highly enough, in particular Richard Adoor.

I live in France and Amazon would not deliver a satellite box…I read various reviews about Chigwell Satelite and decided to call them…I’m so glad I did because Daniel not only went through the different models and the advantages he put one in the post the same day…It arrived promptly and although it was a reconditioned model it looked brand new with all the necessary fittings and booklet…I can now watch U.K. television with all the advantages of recording etc..Thank you Daniel…. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone…

We had Starlink satellite based broadband internet intalled in our property.
Spoke with Richard who was very helpful and within a few days Dan the Engineer arrived promtly and the instulation and set up was completed within a few hours.

My view set top box ordered in line. Despatched next working day and arrived within 48 hours as promised. Product is as described, immaculate and works perfectly.

So, bottom line Chigwell satellite are sending me another box, they rang and were very polite and helpful, it seems its just my bad luck is all.
Customer service 5 star, I've just been unlucky.
I just hope the 3rd box works for longer than a week, will keep you informed.

My old Sky+ box had lost it's record/pause facility so I bought a new (not refurbished) like-for-like replacement from Chigwell Satellites. Delivery very quick and the instructions that came with the box were really clear and simple to follow. Once installed, Sky paired my viewing card and everything was fine - except the second TV in our house didn't work as it did before. A quick 'phone call to Richard at Chigwell sorted the problem out in seconds - absolutely brilliant Richard and thank you!

Ordered a simple refurb sky+ box for an elderly neighbour. It arrived quickly before Christmas & I was able to get her back up and running, for a total of just £49.99 - Sky wouldn't help her at all, but were more than happy to continue taking her monthly subscription fee for content that she couldn't watch without a box!

Good quality Sky box at a very good price. Disappointed that they used a courier rather than the advertised Royal Mail 24, as the box took 4 days to be delivered.

Ordered Monday morning, dispatched Tuesday, arrived Wednesday.
Had to email them on Wednesday as no email received with tracking number to see if Order had been dispatched which it was ,very quick response!

I purchased a new Humax HDR-1100S from Chigwell Satellite but was sent a refurbished one in error. The box worked fine and decided to keep it. I spoke to Richard at Chigwell and was promptly refunded the difference between the new and used model. So overall very happy with the Humax box and the service I received from Chigwell Satellite. would highly recommend.

When my elderly mum's SKY+ HD box broke down, we needed reliable next day delivery of a replacement.
Called Chigwell Sattelite, and spoke with Richard who was exceptionally helpful in trying to get a replacement SKY+ HD box sent out that day, and even went the extra mile to drive down to the post office to personally ensure that it would be devlievered the next day.

A very rapid service when ordering our new Sky HD box to delivery.

When my old Humax recorder stopped working I spoke with Richard who was able to guide me in the right direction without any hard sell, the new Humax recorder was good value and was delivered when I was told it would be. How refreshing to deal with such a good company. If I ever need help again I have found the company I will go to. Thank you.
