I purchased a renewed Freesat Recordable 4K TV Box from Chigwell Satellite through Amazon. I was very happy with the box, but after approximately 11 months it developed a fault and stopped recording.

Chigwell Satellite’s response was exceptional. They pulled out all the stops to resolve the problem and arranged a replacement box for me. I understand that Electronic equipment can sometimes develop faults, but it is the way a company responds that really matters. Their communication, helpfulness and after-sales service were excellent throughout. I would have no hesitation in purchasing from Chigwell Satellite again and highly recommend them.

I dealt with Charlie, who took the time to properly understand the problem we needed to solve at our local town show and advised us on the right equipment to provide reliable internet coverage across the site.

Everything arrived on time as planned, and the equipment was straightforward to set up. Most importantly, it worked even better than we expected, which really demonstrated Charlie’s understanding of what we needed and the right solution for the job.

Another big positive was how accessible Charlie was in the days leading up to the event and throughout the show itself. He was always on hand to answer questions, talk through any issues (not that we had many) and provide practical solutions whenever we needed them. That level of support gave us real peace of mind, particularly with something as important as connectivity at a large event.

The whole experience was professional, straightforward and hassle-free. We’ll definitely be using them again for future events and I’d have no hesitation recommending their service to others.

Charlie was great with communication before and after the event, the delivery and support of the service, and advice in advance of requirements. I would definitely use Chigwell Satellite again.

After using Charlie last year to supply two Starlink systems for a local show, the service was so efficient that we did the same this year. Always excellent and friendly communications and keen pricing, with the kit arriving bang on time (or even earlier than needed) which is great for preparing for our show.

Rented some Starlink systems for an agricultural show I was providing Wi-Fi for. Charlie and the team configured the devices to my specification and shipped them promptly. I will certainly use them again. 5 Star Service.

Delivered unit etc.as expected and promptly. After a few weeks I had a problem which Humax themselves could not resolve! I contacted Chigwell Sat services and they talked me through it and explained how to resolve the issue. Absolutely excellent customer services and I will definitely use and recommend them.
