It was such an effortless process.. I was switching product with the same lender but had not used Q before.. it was just so easy I’ll certainly use them again.

We were recommended to use this company by a friend as we had no clue about pensions . Alex was and still is our advisor, he was very patient and explained everything to us and , even when we didn’t understand what he had said , he went over it in detail until we understood it. Alex, was on call even out of hours and he didn’t mind one bit. Even weekends he would reply to our queries . The pension process is so complex so we highly recommend this company for this purpose. We wish to thank Alex and his team for everything they have done as we could not have done it without their knowledge and support .

As first time buyers we had no clue what we had to do and where to start? Luckily my cousin had recently brought a house using Q Financial Services and highly recommended Ben. Ben was absolutely brilliant, he was always on hand to give us advice and explain it in terms we could understand as well as his co worker Emma who was equally as fantastic.
Our house purchase went smoothly, in exactly 3 months the contracts were exchanged and we had moved in. Can't thank the team enough for their efficient service, help and support. Thanks Q Financial.

Dan was brilliant with the initial application, made things very easy for us and eliminated a lot of stress, got us a great deal and was very thorough with everything that was happening.

Excellent work by Simon, Kirsty and Harrison to arrange two complex mortgages to a tight deadline. The rates and terms they got for us were far better than we could have got without them.
