Great service and product by QMPRESS ,Micheal explained and insured we knew everything we needed to know about the 4 and 1 Tap I couldn’t recommend this product highly enough especially when it’s an Irish run company.

We bought a 4 in 1 tap recently and we are absolutely delighted with it. We had been thinking about it for a while and when we researched everything we found the Qmpress tap to be the best for us, particularly because of it being WRAS approved. It looks great in our kitchen and because of the boiling water and filtered water tap it has de-cluttered our worktop and fridge. Making tea has never been easier! We just got our Qmpress boiling water tap delivered. Not only is it very competitively priced compared to a similar brand, it is Irish owned business which is a bonus. The product, service and delivery from Michèal and the team is top class. Do not look anywhere else for your hot water taps!

We purchased a Qmpress instaboil for a client where we were doing a complete refurbishment on his house .we have used this tap in the last few projects and everyone is extremely happy with it ,even the plumber which can often be a problem, But on this job just as we were connecting up the system we realised we had misplaced a vital component. Usually something like this can be an unwanted headache when your trying to finish up a job but it was far from it .I contacted Micheal about it and about 1 hour later I received a picture of the parcel with my address on it. It was the best bit of customer service I ever seen. Micheal also contacted me the day it was due to be delivered just to make sure I got it. His help won't be forgotten...

We love our new tap and are delighted with the ease of use. It makes daily life that bit easier and helps keep minimalistic counters.
We had a query and Alan came out straight away to sort it for us. Extremely responsive and helpful customer service. Great to know they are Irish and contactable of we ever have a question.

Michael at QMPress explained the features of the 4 in one tap really clearly. Purchase and delivery were seamless, and Michael put me in touch with one of their qualified local plumbers to arrange installation. The plumber Dave came to install within a short time, was very efficient and took the time to explain everything well. The product itself is beautiful and functional. Would highly recommend it and especially as it’s an Irish business giving a very good customer service.

We purchased the Qmpress 4in1 instaboil tap in December 2023 and it was my non-negotiable for our kitchen. It is so convenient for tea/coffee as well as having cold filtered water. The delivery of the product was very quick and the customer service from Alan was second to none, very responsive with any queries. I would highly recommend this product and always happy to support an Irish Company.

Instant hot water and cold filtered water, it is excellent. Very helpful after service available and easy to buy filters online with delivery. Highly recommended. I have had it for 3 years now. Turned off once with a power outage and very easy to turn back on.

Truly one of the best purchases for our home , done alot of research & absolutely love our tap , as my husband would say ( best thing since sliced bread !!!) Purchased the Qmpress tap system a few months ago and I felt compelled to post this - As tea lovers, it allows tea/coffee/hot whiskey making to be simple, fast, cost effective and tasty. No more waiting for the kettle to boil!! But it’s more than just a tap. Instant hot water, filtered drinking water, hot & cold taps all in the one system. I would highly recommend this product and the company (Micheál & Alan) are excellent to deal with. A small Irish run company too - support local 👍.

Purchased the Brushed Gold tap from Michael who was very easy to deal with. Could not imagine ever going back to a kettle! Installation was plain sailing according to our plumber! Filters are simple to change also. Prompt delivery with excellent customer service especially with follow up! It’s worth every cent and we wouldn’t be without it and always good to support an Irish business. 10/10
