Excellent communication from Karen, very accommodating. Helped me to get a part for a 30+ year old lamp without having to pay so much for shipping since I wasn't in a hurry. All was done via email and over the phone and it was a super smooth process. I would highly recommend Q Source!

I've ordered from them twice now. Their customer service is very good, but they seem a little overly eager to cancel orders if there's any discrepancy in the information. We got it all ironed out, but the order ended up taking *very* long to arrive (covid is mostly to blame for that, I'm sure).

It's the Q what can I say. I came across the Q Source site by accident but what a great find. I saved over 25% on my first order over my old supplier on an item that wasn't in stock. Q Source had plenty of stock and became my go-to for this item and it opened the door for future purchases.

Main office: Virginia Beach, Satellite office in NC
My company has a main office in Virginia and a satellite assembly office in NC. When I ordered the JBC soldering tips online, they let me enter both a ship-to address and a billing address, and these could be different. But after I placed my order, I received an email indication that the billing and ship-to addresses had to be the same. This was a major inconvenience in that I had to have the items shipped to the billing address, then I had to have them shipped again to NC - I had to pay for shipping twice! I can understand the reasons due to fraud, but then do not ask for different shipping and billing addresses when ordering.
Second, I had to chase down the status of my order, there was no indication if it had been shipped or not, after 2 weeks I still had no feedback until I asked for it. Most companies alert the customer if there will be a delay in order processing, not just say nothing at all (certainly had no problem letting me know about the ship-to address, but didnt give an order status).

Ordered a cover for my computer test bench, my cats are walking balls of static so I want to keep any open components safe. Good option for the tarp here and they even saved me money by reaching out and letting me know their standard shipping, based on my proximity to the shipping facility, would be faster and cheaper than my selected option. They also were very diligent on follow ups and I heard back from them within minutes of my emails. If I ever need anything ESD again, this is the first place I'm looking.

Had to backorder my purchase. Took over 9 months due to Covid, but I received regular updates with estimated shipment date. When my purchase was shipped, I received notice as well. They kept on top of everything!
