Between my WARN winch order and my recent Mopar brake rotor order, I’ve lost confidence in Quadratec’s website availability information and shipping updates.

With the winch, I ended up chasing answers about vendor-direct shipping instead of getting a clear, reliable delivery timeline. Now I’ve ordered and paid for two rear brake rotors and received only one. Quadratec issued separate tracking numbers, but the last FedEx email I received for the missing rotor only said “shipment information sent”—not that FedEx had received the package.

As a customer, I find this misleading. The website should clearly distinguish between items physically in stock, items awaiting a vendor drop shipment, and backorders. A tracking number alone does not mean an item has actually shipped.

I’m now waiting for the second rotor without a confirmed arrival date, which delays my brake work. After repeated frustration, I won’t order from Quadratec again. Customers deserve accurate availability information and straightforward answers.

Rob, as a public face of Quadratec, I hope you take these repeated availability and shipping problems seriously.

I ordered a set of Fox shocks for my JT on August 9th, 2026. I received three shocks in three different shipments as of Sept 2nd, 2026. I've had to check with support a number of times on status. Communication has been poor. I don't have an issue with products being out of stock per se', but Quatradec shouldn't have advertised them as being available and taken my money if they were not in stock. I've been told today that they may be able to ship the last shock by the end of Sept. I'm now forced to put my suspension upgrade on hold while I wait for the last shock.

5 stars for customer service when accidentally ordered the incorrect product - their expertise helped clarify needs and meant I could order correctly

Website is very clear to navigate, and the YouTube tutorials are super helpful

Products are seriously over priced crap. "customer service' is a joke. they dont care when things go wrong. they have your money and are done with you. Just buy from Amazon. same products at 1/3 the price.

I’ve ordered a few times for my Wrangler and every experience has been smooth. Parts arrived well packaged and on time, fitment was accurate, and customer service was responsive when I had a question about compatibility. I know they’ve got some rough reviews on here, but my orders have gone exactly as expected. If you’re outfitting a Jeep, worth giving them a shot. Not sure how or why the reviews are so bad, I think people are just more apt to leave a bad review than a good review these days

Received my item and it was missing small parts from the package. Tried calling the customer service, waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Decided to email them, waited three weeks for a response of them asking me to send a bunch of pictures. Did this and waited another two or three weeks for another response saying they need to have it reviewed by technical people. Then they asked me for a bunch more pictures. Nearly two months and still no resolution on a $150 part.

Think about buying from Quadratech twice, they do not answer the emails. They got me with two orders. No support no way to claim your warranty

The roof rack I ordered arrived in a timely manner, but some of the hardware was not threaded correctly; two of the M6x40mm screws did not fit into their gutter mount leg nuts. Rhino-Rack said I need to get replacement hardware through Quadratec. After waiting two weeks for Quadratec to reply to my customer service email, I tried their online chat option but it was useless. I called their customer service number 1-800-745-6037 and waited on hold for 22 minutes (the option to have them call back when you were at the top the of queue doesn't work). When the customer service agent picked up, he couldn't here me and hung up after less than 10 seconds. I guess the next step is a chargeback.

I didn't do any research on this company and I am glad that I didn't, had I did and seen the reviews, I would probably not have ordered from them. I purchased a clutch fork and it came a lot faster then they had first said, I am extremely happy, that I can put my Clutch back in, I have some other things ordered I hope that I am pleased with them as well, ti.e will tell.

I'd give them zero but wasn't a option they failed to send the correct part the first time and when I finally received the correct order it was so bent and screwed up it was completely unusable and needed to be sent back. Garage company and garage parts.

The worst as always, without fail. We ordered jeep steps for our specific jeep make/year/model. The site states they are compatible. I assumed some reviews with similar issues were just because someone ordered the wrong parts. Turns out the site is not always accurate and no one gives a crap when you point this out.

I run a professional Jeep restoration company and if this place had there act together I would be there #1 customer but the Terrible Return Process and Non -existent Customer Service is the worst. If you do wait long enough to talk to a person they just pretend to help but actually do nothing - it's weird. The owners must be very unlikable people. AVOID!!

I want Quadratec to know that there has been a problem with their website for as long as i've been a customer - at least a month. This problem makes customer service debilitating. Under my order history there is an error message that says "Order history is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." The problem with this is that it makes returns, tracking and even cancelling orders impossible - forcing me to make phone calls which on average take about an hour to finally get through to a representative. This is horrible and i will never order from this website again. Seems like a simple fix and i brought it up the first time i returned an item because of my mistake in ordering the front clamp instead of the back clamp. The first order was shipped the same day and arrive within 3 days. I ordered the proper rear clamp to replace my mistake and it's been 8 days - the item still hasn't even shipped and i can't get any answers without waiting on hold or waiting for a call back for over an hour. This is ridiculous.

When I ordered my parts, they put in a automatic check box that they called package protection for $9.99 which I have no benefit to my package and what I had no idea was even on the invoice until it was paid for it wasn’t a box I checked it wasn’t something I added to the order and it wasn’t something that was explained to me that I’d be charged for until I look back at the bill and seeing that there was an extra charge this is a very deceptive business practice. I believe it’s called dark pattern or checkbox deception.

On April 1 I ordered parts. On April 6 I received them. The parts didn't fit so I requested a return on April 13. I waited 10 days to get an email requesting my Vin, de's ription of the parts, photos, etc. On May 21 I finally spoke to a live person who sent me a return label. I sent the package the next day. On June 1 I got a partial refund FOR DIFFERENT CHEAPER Parts from my order. I called at 12:10pm today and pressed 1 for a return call. As of 1603 hrs I have not gotten that call. I was 14 in line. I called again and am 20 in line. I am also in chat to see who answers first. They don't even look at the parts when they are returned or they would know the parts I returned do not match the requested parts returned.

The only reason I rate one star is I can’t rate 0! Absolutely a joke of a company. Can’t return anything because you can’t get a hold of anyone. They list wrong descriptions of parts. You can forget getting anyone on the phone. There are so many other sources out there for Jeep parts so ABSOLUTELY no reason to deal with these clowns.

I've been a loyal and frequent Quadratec customer for 25 years. I can only guess that they have completely disbanded their customer service department. I recently ordered a $330 tire. After 6 weeks of no delivery or updates, and no response to multiple inquiries, I called on the credit card company to refund what is now a fraudulent charge. Still no response from Quadratec. I'm done with these folks.

Customer service is non-existent. after a month no tracking just "ships from third party". I tried to cancel my order several times no confirmation. I ordered same item from Amazon and got it in 5 days.

This company is using big discount sales on ads then not honoring them on the website. A real bait and switch.

Their checkout vendor (Shop) changed the delivery address after I paid. I contacted customer service immediately and received no response. They shipped my order anyway. There was no way to cancel or change my order after I received the confirmation email. I won't risk ordering from them again.
