I did not receive a confirmation email until today. I had to check my bank online to see if the charge on my card went through. Then I got 7 confirmation emails in a row today. Website problems. Now my order is delayed for some reason.

I had a situation where an armor light flooring system came in two separate boxes and the tracking numbers showed up as both delivered. When only one box actually arrived. Their staff worked quickly and even over the weekend to get my issue resolved found out the box was just in delay. They resolved the problem quickly. Customer service is knowledgeable very helpful. Great place to do business!

I ordered rain guards for my 2026 Tundra and they sent the wrong product. I called to return the product in its original packaging and took the 6 pictures they needed . I was told by Tammy that it needed to be reviewed before they would send a return label which was 24 to 48 hours. Its been a full week and suddenly their phone and website has been down. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. Horrible business practices. They never disclosed a review upon returns. I'm disputing this with my CC company since I can
t anyone to answer the phone.

I ordered from ExtremeTerrain, and the shipping experience has been an absolute nightmare. My package has been completely mishandled and is currently bouncing endlessly between sorting facilities throughout Southern California.

It’s incredibly frustrating to watch a time-sensitive order circle the same region without actually being delivered. ExtremeTerrain needs to take more responsibility for its carrier selection and logistics oversight.

Buyer beware if you actually need your parts delivered on time.

I ordered a ClearLidz for my jeep, The packaging was terrible, the AI program to get help is bad. They left out the hardware to install it. I went to Clearlids they help me out and shipped the correct hardware to me. Extreme terrain customer service is terrible.

Customer service goes a long way, and y'all are the best out there, always have the parts needed and if not y'all go out of your way to find them..... Extreme terrain customer for life.

The salesperson could see what rims I have ordered in the lug nuts that I had on my vehicle from factory would not work I told him I was looking for the locking kind which is the six spline lug nuts and he got me the right ones for those rims in the color I wanted. Very professional

Ease of ordering and finding out the correct item

Good morning, it all started when I had ordered the wrong part. A fifty two inch light bar in white color in which I do not want the white. I wanted the black, so I called this phone number and gotta a hold somebody and they got that order canceled great. So to reorder the right part, they needed to send me to sales. Okay fine, but I never could get through sales. They kept giving me
The phone AI which was sending me in circles
I finally got ahold of sales but they didn't answer the phone so I left a call back number
As requested.
I still haven't heard anything. I am wanting to purchase more parts for my Jeep Gladiator I am going to try again this morning, hopefully I can get to the right person. Have a great day.

I appreciate the product description that was given on site. It was detailed and easy to read. The installation videos are great and show a step by step plan. Ordering was a snap and thank you for the Veterans discount! Surprised it shipped so quickly and I look forward to the weekend project!

It seems there is limited knowledge of equipment provided. I need certain part, and I finally found something I think I can use, however still not sure if the part ordered is the right part, due to the limited knowledge of the rep. I did appreciate the military discount, however i don’t think it’s fair that due to limited knowledge if the part does not work than I do not get refunded, and only get credit.

I’m not one to write a lot of reviews but I needed to write this one. I purchased a set of 4 doors for my Jeep Wrangler but due to unforeseen circumstances I could not open the package and put them together for 5 months. When I did, I ran into a problem with the rear doors not fitting. It was a holiday weekend on a Sunday nonetheless and needless to say I was not happy. Called customer service but due to the order being 5 months old they could not give a refund. They connected me to the sales department and I explained the situation and he asked to have pictures sent showing the discrepancy. After all was said and done the issue turned out to be user error…. Directions were not super clear and inadvertently mixed a top and bottom hinge up which caused the door to not fitting properly. I sent an email telling them I was fine but they called me anyway and said basically the same thing from looking at the pictures. Yes it was user error on my part but the guys really did go above and beyond to try and help as much as they could. In a time when 99% of “help” is offshore and not usually helpful, these guys were the real deal. They will get my business going forward. Thank you.

Not receiving the purchase yet, so far, so good . Conversing with an representative helped me with my decision. All of my buys have been a good experience.
