Currently have my vehicle torn apart sitting on a lift that I do not own expecting the part I needed to be here today that I need to replace only to find out it didn’t get shipped because of some service that had an issue. When I tried to even pay more to get the order in one day shipping they wouldn’t even let me do that. This will be the last time I ever order from American muscle, the kind business that allowed me to borrow a lift now has to wait until American muscle gets off their ass and gets their orders shipped which last I heard won’t be shipped out for the next 2-3 days. Pathetic

Honestly really good. Whenever I call customer service they are very helpful. Overall placing orders is very nice. Pretty good overall. I like how they have a system that can help customers save money through coupons and other ways.

So I bought a part and it's fading and looks like crap. Filled out the warranty info and they keep dodging my return. Just want the part replaced not asking for money or anything else. Bad customer service and a shitty product made by MP Concepts.

Was thinking about this product for some time. Site has a good amount of pictures of the item and a bonus video on how to install. Great company.

Love the site everything you need at your fingertips. The site is easy to navigate and the selection and prices are awesome. Just purchased the BMR front strut brace and rear. Next purchased will be the Borla Attak exhaust for my 2023 Challenger RT.

I ordered parts on Sunday and paid for 1 day delivery, the following Tuesday. My parts did not even ship until Tuesday. Completely unacceptable customer service by American Muscle.

Ordered a part that said "in stock" with a delivery date 3 days out. Item did not ship for 2 days, but after 2 weeks, no product arrived. Tracking shows it stuck in PA. Talked to customer service, who said it was likely lost.

Replacement part would not be sent until a 3-day investigation was completed, then shipped via the same method, which means it would not arrive for a month since order assuming it arrives this time.

Was offered a refund. Refund will also not happen until after a 3 day investigation, then 7-10 days before it is processed.

Basically, I can wait a month for a part that was in stock, or I can cancel the order and see my money back after they held it month with no results.

Terrible company policies. An offer of a credit or expedited shipping would've made things okay by me, but the company refused to make things right.

Website was very easy to navigate and AM has a wide variety of options to choose from.

super quick to take your money. super slow to help you with anything if they even have any sort of idea whats going on so.....shipping items with no instructions......then not knowing how to install said items???? unaccepting returns that were only ordered because of there lack of information. crazy how even after spending thousands on their site. no one will help me return $120 seat brackets that i cant use because of there lack on information.

I've spent thousands with this company, but that ends today. I purchased a steering shaft, and it arrived today. The problem it's not from the manufacturer I purchased. The tried to pass off a borgeson shaft as a maximum motorsports one. The welds looks like a 2 year old did them...new welds overtop old one that don't go all the around. Some were so bad I could use a thumbnail to almost pry them off. I called American muscle and they couldn't care less. Now I'm waiting for them to send the pics to maximum motorsports before they send an RMA. Well....these idiots don't seems to understand they sent me a part from a different company that's not affiliated with Maximum Motorsports!!. I contacted MM and sent them pics of the unsafe part being sold by American muscle under the MM name. Buy from AM and you literally take your life in your hands on fake branded parts.

Well laid-out website very accessible and easy to navigate. Helpful reps with late hours of availability. And good pricing (comparably)!

Found the items I needed and ordered simple and easy.

Terrible service doesn’t care about customer up management does about customer only thing they care about is the bottom line. Terrible service been trying to work out for a refund for almost 2 weeks down. Have not gotten nothing.

Long time customer that paid for 1 day shipping and still don’t have my package after 3 days. Would say it was FedEx however my package did not get shipped/packed up until a day later after I ordered it. Very frustrating and now out of money for the 1 day shipping I paid for. Thanks

I placed an order for an item listed as 2 day delivery to me, I called the order in and sales associate assured me it was early enough to ship same day but it didn't so 2 day turned into six days. Not the first failed attempt at dealing with you folks I think Im done and over you.

Extremely disappointed with AmericanMuscle. I ordered a wheel that was advertised as shipping within 1–3 days. After it didn’t ship, I spent the next 10 days repeatedly contacting customer service trying to find out what was going on.

Each time, I was given the impression that the wheel would be shipping soon, so I continued waiting. After 10 days of following up and getting nowhere, I finally found out that the wheel actually won’t ship until the first of the new year.

That is a HUGE difference from 1–3 days. If I had been given accurate information from the beginning, I could have ordered the wheel somewhere else instead of wasting nearly two weeks waiting for an item that apparently wasn’t going to ship anytime soon.

The delay itself is frustrating, but the lack of accurate communication is what makes this experience unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to repeatedly chase down a company just to find out that the shipping estimate they were given was nowhere close to accurate.

I was ship a totally different part. They are obviously two different sizes. How can this happen l. Im really upset right now. Then they are saying the can ot expedite my correct order smh.
