I called about a headlight assembly and got the information i needed , i also called back with other part questions and got the answers i needed

Shipped the parts separately. Was suppose to install lift kit and shocks. Shocks come today. Leveling kit comes Tuesday. Why the heck would I pay extra to have it then you split the order? Do better

So I purchased 2 lower control arms with ball joints for a base model 2wd 2000 Silverado from them. Not only do they just throw them in box with absolutely no packing material at all. they do not protect your ball joints studs. They're just being tossed around in there. So I dropped off a laundry list of stuff to my shop to get work done. well guess what the studs are no good they have to drill out the pressed in ball joints and put new ball joints in there. So now I have to spend over $400 in labor and parts to fix their POS part all because they refuse to protect their products with packing material....They're obviously hurting for money bad if they can't even afford to put bubble wrap or packing material.... just imagine what type of parts you're getting from them as well...straight snickle Fritz parts....go elsewhere unless you want to be in the same position. this isn't my first time having issue and obviously won't be my last so... ill wishes to this company... If you wanna mess up your truck or get stuck with their damaged part from piss poor practices in the warehouse order from them and throw away your sanity. This is your place!! There will be absolutely no packing material whatsoever. They just throw your heavy metal parts in a box with a bunch of airspace in there and we all know how these shipment companies do your parts.... Stay away you're better off ordering your parts from temu. It's that bad....Godspeed
They did give me $47.70 back ... Lol
So I spent "almost" $300 on their lower a arms and had to spend $400 to fix them.... But hey $47.70 seems fair....

Ordered almost $3,000 worth of parts from you on September 11th. Received the part I ordered last have yet to receive anything else. After 4 days of no communication with your company due to technical issues, finally spoke with a representative who did not give me any answers as to where my parts are. Will be calling again today and expect answers or this will be the last time I purchased from your company. Unacceptable!

After I ordered the wrong product they expedited a return and then upon reordering delivered an awesome product which I’m very happy with!

The pickup location was closed and I was there at 3:30 CST on Friday, 9/18/26. Drove special to pick it up and ordered it to pick up because I needed it sooner than shipping. Will not be ordering again from you.

Was difficult finding the specific product I was looking for because ultimately it was labeled incorrectly. Wrong description for what matched the correct manufacturer part number. Needless to say, fingers crossed that the correct product gets delivered.

Was able to locate the accessory for my truck I was looking for. I was able to compare several different types before ordering the one that fit what I needed.

I enjoy the website and the vast amount of product lines. Being able to view actual builds from others is great. Getting around and ordering etc is a breeze.
The issues for me are after ordering. I wish I had the option of carriers for deliveries. I was missing part from order and I quickly notified them and sent photos. I received order before they were aware of it shipping. Little over 15 days later and no replacement or updates. Told different things by different customer service agents. But one thing they all had in common was telling me to wait, wait. They were quick to offer replacement cost at store credit or lesser cash refund on missing part.

Glad to replace the Ford 2 piece lug nuts with the solid lug nuts but you would think for $180 the packaging would be better.

I received 4 boxes with same part number. I opened one box and closed it up. Scheduled time at the tire store and had them mount my tires and new wheels i ordered from American trucks. The last box had completely the wrong wheel, wrong color and bolt pattern. For 10 days I was without my truck. They would not send me the right rim until i put the right box with wrong rim in mail. also they said most people have another vehicle. That statement was out of touch and here is a 20 coupon. 20 is not worth bumming rides for 10 days. Wont be using the coupon or buying anything from the store again.

Horrible experience. Out of 5 separate orders, 4 orders were plagued with errors. Wrong part sent, items missing from delivery, misleading installation videos, misleading fitting information. A bureaucratic non-sense corrective action process. This is the first time I write a review this low. Stay away from American Trucks unless you are willing to suffer. I do not recommend this company.

Very fast!!

The return policy is terrible, they gladly take your money and claim how great their return policy is and the great customer service but it is anything but. Also their chat function is a worthless waste of time. They make it very clear that their time is far more important than the customers.

It was great once I called to place an order. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because I tried to place an order from the web site, got all the way through placing an order credit card accepted, it ask another question and got hung up at that point and wouldn't complete the transaction. a big waste of time for me. I then called to place the order and it was so easy talking with someone. I believe my on line order is still hanging out there uncompleted and I don't know how to cancel it as my order with the live person is on its way to me.

Love this company. Always have great deals on quality parts.

Didn't fit just right had to pull alot on the pcv hose to get it to go on and I feel that might cause an issue later and it didn't come with the hose clamps I needed only one fit other was way 2 small had to go buy 2 that worked better
One that did fit was kinda cheap
Other then that it definitely makes a difference in proformance

It’s not the company the company was great. The problem is they use FEDEX where I live in Work the people that deliver for FEDEX they have a lot that’s not going on in their heads they deliver my stuff to empty horse pastures with no house no barn no nothing and they just drop it right off. I have to go looking for it. It’s been like that for the last five years. I can’t get people to ship to me UPS that I want to buy their product. They deal with FEDEX and Fedex in my local. The IQ was well below 50. I love the product that they sell, but they won’t send it to me UPS. That’s a shame. I finally found the company that has everything that I need for the work that I do and I can’t buy from them anymore sorry.

So far what I’ve received looks like good quality parts. It’s very frustrating since each rotor and the brake pads have all shipped separately. I got one rotor yesterday, one today, and my brake pads are still 3 states away. You’d expect a “kit” to arrive in one shipment, but I guess not. I would not recommend this purchase based on the separate shipping. Hopefully the quality is worth the hassle.
