Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your recent order for the rear bumper and the replacement front bumper cover.

Thank you also for your service in the Military. We do appreciate the sacrifices our military members make for our country .

We reviewed your conversation with our Sales Team, and you did share you wanted the bumpers to be in silver. The representative you spoke with did mention in the call that the Rear Bumper;Not Pre-Drilled for Back Up Sensors Chrome, does not in chrome and not silver.

For the Replacement Front Bumper Cover with Fog Light Openings (13-18 RAM 1500, Excluding Rebel) it is noted that this ships unpainted. The item does come in black and customers can elect to have it painted once it is received.

Yes, we do currently have a block on your account that prevents future orders from being placed. We did receive a chargeback from your credit card company. Once we receive a chargeback, we do place a block on the account.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We do apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you.

We reviewed your orders and there was a block on your account due to a past chargeback you had requested with your bank or credit card company. Due to this block, that is why your recent order for the Husky Liners High Profile Hood Shield was cancelled.

After reviewing your orders, we did remove the block from your account.

Hello Bruce,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We apologize for inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused you.

We reviewed your order for the Max Energy Power Programmer that was placed on 8/18/2026. While the majority of our items ship within a day or two of being ordered, there are some items that we require additional time to process the order. When this is the situation, on the product page there is a "get it by date" noted on the page. This is so our customers will know when to expect the item to be delivered. On your order, the get it by date was noted as 8/27-8/31. We do apologize that the item was not delivered until 9/1.

We show the item shipped out from the manufacturer on 8/28. Once we received the tracking number we send an email to the email address on file. If you did not see the email, we do ask that you check your spam or junk folders, as there are times our emails are forwarded to them in error.

Due to the delay in receiving your order, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 12/31/2026.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We do understand that this has been a frustrating experience for you.

All of our orders are run through a security verification software. We use this software to protect our customers and our company. If there is an issue with an order, we do request extra verification before we can process and approve the order. An order can be noted for a variety of reasons, for example if the billing address did not match, or items are being sent to an address different then the billing address. Once we receive notification that we need additional verification, an email is sent to the customer asking that they contact us so we can make the requested changes and confirm the order for processing. We do show that an automated email was sent to the email address we had on the order on 8/20/2026.

In reviewing your order, we do see that escalated your concerns and you spoke with a supervisor and a manager regarding the issues that you have experienced. We are sorry that you felt that we were not respecting you and we in no means meant to project that we thought your order was fraudulent, and we apologize if that was the impression that you received. We wanted to assist you so that we could verify the information and have the order approved.

We do see that you order has been canceled and you have been refunded.
