I feel like I'm being ripped off.
I made my order 8/13/26 tracking was suppose to start 9/8/26, nothing. I called and was told there was no traction yet. The blame was put on Procharger. Then I was told they hope tracking might be updated by 9/16/26. So what am i suppose to believe. I paid my $9,482.65 on 8/13/26. I feel like I'm being ripped off. So far a very bad experience. I'm hoping for things to get better.

After leaving your online chat, I received a call back from Steve. He was awesome, super friendly, excited and personable. A real pleasure to talk with. He found me the discounts that your website wouldn’t apply and took my order over the phone in minutes. I can’t speak for the product yet but he was a great representative for your company.
Shortly afterwards I received a second call from Amanda. Everything was already handled but in the few moments that I spoke with her I could tell she was very concerned and eager to help. You have a couple of keepers there.

Tried the chat system - worthless. Did not comprehend my issue, therefore no solution could be suggested. Called Cust. Serv. and spoke to a real person. Got issue corrected.

I normally would give 5 stars, but I realized I made an error 2 hours after I placed an order on a set of wheels regarding the offset. I was forced to talk to an AI on line person and was told that the order had already been locked and nothing could be done. Now I have to wait for the shipment, send it back and reorder the right ones. I made the mistake but please let us talk to real people

I intentionally purchased my order…
I intentionally purchased my order through this company because they boasted “free 2-3 day shipping on orders over $149”. The parts I ordered are for the truck that keeps my business moving and totaled almost $600. I’ve received like 5-6 emails since placing my order and most are marketing emails and here we are at day 3 and my parts still aren’t here (not even in my state yet). No order update, no “hey, sorry we’re running late”. I had to search through the mass of emails to find my tracking info to find out where my parts were and discover that I may be lucky to get my parts 5 days after ordering. I get that stuff happens, but how about instead of promising fast delivery and then blasting marketing emails, you take the time to reach out to a first time customer to let them know a part is running behind so I can make arrangements for another vehicle while I wait for the parts that I need… I didn’t put 1 star because at least the parts are on the way, but I’m very frustrated to say the least… lay off the email blasts and communicate that shipping is running behind.

It is our goal to have order shipped and delivered to our customers in a timely manner, and we fell short of our goal, and more importantly your expectations with your order.
We do show that all items were picked and prepared for shipment on 9/1 and one of the items, the BDS Steering Stablizer Mounting Kit was delivered on 9/3, but other two items on your ordered were not delivered until 9/5. We reviewed the tracking, and they did not note any reason for the delay, such as weather.
When you place an order with us, you can always check the status of the order through our customer portal. You can access the customer portal at Orders@AmericanTrucks.com. You can enter your order number, and you zip code and on the following screen you will see the tracking numbers and be able to view the status of your order.
Jeremy, due to this situation and the delay in receiving the majority of your order, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 12/31/2026.
