terrible customer service
My car's tires were stolen, so I requested a quote by providing my vehicle's details; my car has no modifications. Now that the tires have been installed, the front ones are rubbing. I have to spend more of my own money to go to a repair shop and get a report on what is happening. Terrible customer service.

We reviewed your order with our Wheel and Tire Team and they shared that we had incorrect information on our website for this package. They shared that for this package a 315/35 really needs a wheel that is 20x10.5-20x12.5 and we have this package with a 20*9. They are submitting a request to have our website reviewed and corrected. If you would like to return the wheels that are not working on your vehicle, please contact us and we can initiate this return for you. You can also, if you would like to, speak with a member of our Wheel and Tire Team and they can assist you in selecting wheels and tires that will work for your Challenger. You can contact us at 610-990-4562 and ask to speak with the Wheel and Tire Team.
We did put a note on your order with this information, so if you contact us to initiate a return, we will be able to assist you.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanMuscle account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 12/31/2026.

Customer Service Failure in Spectacular Fashion
1st I purchased brakes from you a few months ago. They started rusting almost right away. I called and your team said "oh that was normal". Knowing that that was not true I still gave you the benefit of the doubt. Fast forward 5K miles and a couple of months the rust spread to the actual surface of the rotors and then to the actual pads, the wheels starting shaking on braking. I have photos of the rusted rotors and pads. So I called to see what your company would do and was told you would not do anything because it was past 90 days. Even though you showed record that I had called a couple of times before with the concern. So I had to buy another set of brakes from you and do it again. As FYI I put brakes on my 2500 Ram about a year ago and guess what (NO RUST) on the rotors.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanMuscle. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the Powerstop OE Replacement Brake and Rotor Kit that you purchased in May 2026.
We do show that you contacted us on 7/15 and the representative you spoke with did share that the rust is "cosmetic" and they did offer to set up a return for you, but you elected to inspect the brakes before setting up a return and replacement. We did reach out to PowerStop and they shared that yes, light surface rust on a PowerStop KOE1719 kit is not unusual and is generally not a cause for concern if it’s only a thin film on the rotor surface. PowerStop’s own guidance notes that overnight moisture or light rain can leave a thin rust layer on brake rotors, which is typically cleaned off by normal driving and brake pad contact
We do also show that you contacted us on 8/26, and the representative you spoke with spoke with their supervisor and they shared if you could send in a shop report, we can review to see if we can assist you with a return. When we contacted PowerStop they did share that these have a 2 year or 4.000 mile warranty, whichever comes first.
If you want to submit your shop report, please do so and we will review the report. We noted your account with this information as well. So, if you call in, the representative you speak with will be able to assist you.

Wide variety of items
I was really blown away by the amount of items and parts they have for my particular vehicle. I was able to actually find a piece I had been looking for over the past few months, however the cost was a little pricey everywhere I had looked. So needless to say, I was shocked when I found it here on sale at a much lower cost. I will now be adding this site to my list when researching any item I'm looking to buy.

New wheels and ties my my 23 charger scat pack
I have been looking for new wheels and tires for my 23 Scat Pack. I finally decided on what wheels and tire sizes I wanted to go with. I went with Defiant DF07 wheels 20x10.5 rear 20x9.5 front with Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 275/35/R20 and 295/35/R20. After I had everything in my cart, I called the wheel and tire line talked to Doug to make sure what I had would fit with no problems. I placed my order with Doug when I was talking with him. He pulled up my cart up and went over every line and said he had another $75 dollars that he could add to the order, so I had $150.65 off my order. My order was placed and my front tires were here the next day. The rest will be here in two days. Great customer service and quick shipping. I will get pictures up as soon as they are on. Made a purchase after having an issue with a previous purchase, a sale rep reached out to me and told me the item was back in stock. I made the purchase and waited over two weeks for the item to come in. The item never did, so I reached out to the company then was assured by email the item would arrive soon as they apologized for the delay.... literally 2 days later they cancelled my order and now I have to wait 14 days for a refund. These people are liars and don't stand by their word, not once but twice I got screwed over. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from hear on out, I feel like I got lied to by wolves in sheeps clothing.
