I have been a loyal Extreme Terrain…
I have been a loyal Extreme Terrain customer since I have been purchasing off road parts. This past weekend they sent out their Labor Day ad to Email. I was looking for a few accessories and found what I was looking for at an attractive price. When I put it in the cart the price changed. I called them and was told that doesn’t happen. Gave them the part number and it happened to the salesman. He was going to look into it and return my call. Which he did very promptly. He had been told by someone senior to him they would not honor the price in the advertisement.

You guys are awesome!!! Dan, who was my salesperson, was great!!! He steered me in the right direction and helped me buy the best lights that I could have ever possibly purchased for my 2008 Toyota Tundra. I left him a voicemail, thanking him. These lights are the best I've ever bought and a perfect value of less than $300. No one else on the internet could touch that. The shipping was fast. They arrived 3 days after I ordered them. And I installed them on my truck the same day. I can't thank you guys enough. And I can't recommend you guys enough. Thank you, extreme terrain.

Do not recommend
Worst experience with ExtremeTerrain.com. I would leave zero stars if I could. Ordered a suspension kit almost a year ago. The one I received was missing parts advertised in the kit. Was told to return, which I did. Did everything they asked of me, only to get broken promises of the correct order being sent. Each delivery update, pushed out my order 2 months, all while being paid in full. Kept getting excuses and the run around each time I contacted them for an update. Finally requested a refund, which I believe was what they were hoping I would do. Do not recommend.

DO NOT BUY THE WHEEL AND TIRE PACKAGE
I placed an order on 16AUG. A week later I contacted customer service because I still had not received tracking info. They informed me that the package deal of 5 wheels and five tires that they offer was showing an unmatched number (which makes zero sense, when theyre the ones offering the package deal). So instead of contacting me to verify they where gonna wait for me to reach out? The first time I called they said I'd have a tracking number within two days, two days came and no number. Called back was told the 28th I'd have the tracking number. The 28th came and no tracking number. Oh and now they don't have the spacers I ordered. Asked if they could just refund me for the spacer and ship the rest of my order. I still havent recieved a response. Beyond angry. Im done at this point and taking my money elsewhere.

You are correct we do show that you ordered the wheel and tire package on 8/16/2026. We are unsure why the order was held up and asking for additional information. We are working with our IT team to see why the order was noted that there was a difference in the number of wheels and tires that were ordered. The package shows 5 wheels and tires in the package and that is what you ordered. In reviewing your order, you spoke with a member of our Customer Service Team, and they were able to assist you in getting a new order created, and it looks like the wheels and tires are expected to be delivered today 9/3/2026.
Darlene, we do appreciate your understanding of this error and your patience while we made the corrections and have the wheels and tires shipped to you. Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your ExtremeTerrain account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 12/31/2026.

I had a good experience up until…
I had a good experience up until delivery service. I specifically picked out items that had an estimated 3 day delivery, on top of the fact that “free 2-3 day delivery on orders $149 or more” being advertised in the website banner. I ordered 3 items, 1 of which arrived within 3 days. The other two items should be delivered 5 days after ordering. These two items were shipped via Amazon, which provides standard delivery from the origin location to my destination in 2-3 days and prime delivery in 1-2 days, so I do not understand why the advertised “2-3 day shipping” was not honored.

I purchased an open box item/ shows up damaged
I purchased an open box item. On their website it showed the item complete with no damage. But when I received the item it was extremely poorly packaged and the item was heavily scratched. The box also had multiple holes the size of my head and parts were missing. They did offer a return and refund but a little bubble wrap can go a long way in protecting someone’s 400$ investment

Great Customer Service In a Difficult Situation
I am specifically calling out and reviewing Samantha G for her service. I used the PayPal zero percent financing option and it was shipped to the wrong address, I was pretty frustrated initially but realized later that PayPal had somehow set the shipping address wrong. In the end Samantha G went above and beyond to find a way to make this work and my new parts are on the way. I am a VIP member and recommend that upgrade to anyone reading this review. Samantha was able to leverage my VIP membership with great customer service to get the new parts sent to me without waiting for the PayPal situation to resolve itself.
