Having finally been granted a successful outcome in a lengthy legal process, I can firmly say that Khairie is simply the best there is. Khairie was appointed as my third barrister in my proceedings and there really is no comparison. I would recommend Richard Bloomfield to anyone who needs representation in a Bankruptcy matter. This is a very complex specialised area of law. The witness statement he prepared was professional, detailed, and thorough. His passion, expertise and experience were reflected in his winning edge.

The solicitor representing a very large European Accounting and Trustee Company offered not to go ahead with the court hearing as Richard Bloomfield's expertly prepared witness statement gave my case the winning edge.

I had the good fortune to instruct Khairie Gedal on a direct access basis to represent me in a family matter. He was excellent. Put me at ease, explained the relevant law and how he proposed dealing with the issues on my behalf before the court hearing. But, at the same time involved me in that process so I was comfortable with that and understood his approach to the case. At court, he was excellent, drew the court to the relevant issues and succeeded in getting an order in my favour. I hope I have no need to use a family barrister again, but if I do he will be my first port of call.

Further to my recent review about the refusal to refund £2100 I have lodged a claim in the Small Claims Court.
They are using a firm of solicitors to respond to this and offered £100 in full and final settlement.
I have rejected their offer.

Richard Bloomfield is an exceptional Barrister with a wealth of knowledge & experience which shows. I had a several large fraud cases on going at Newcastle Crown Court and it didn’t look promising from the outset with masses of files and over 30 witnesses & £197k in dispute.

Richard used his knowledge and experience to pull the case apart with financials and followed the money something the prosecution never done.

Richard is not only a lovely gentleman but an exceptionally experienced methodical and meticulous man who put my mind at ease during the most stressful period of my life.

Everything about them is great. First contact was with James Petts, senior Clark, and he is very efficient and intelligent person.For example I sometimes found him working even evenings on weekends. In short, he is always there to help nevigate clients any time they need.

Background:
Throughout the journey of family law proceedings, I remained unrepresented as I remained hopeful one day I could save marriage and my children will be benefited. I know I lost initially due to that approach, but I do not regret as I did what was right.

Other party took advantage of my weakness, and got all orders against me and in their favour, and almost all of them with my consent.

Seeing my soft position, my wife applied for Non Molestation order for 5 years and her solicitor started openly blackmailing and threatening me in his letters that if I won't accept Non Molestation order they will report my employer etc.

They even slummed so low in morality that they actualy started reporting about the Family proceedings and court orders to my employer and made flagrant breaches of court confidentiality orders only to harm my career.

I remained patient and never took any unethical step despite other party/mother of my children was acting blindly on solicitor malicious advices.

Finally I decided to stand for my rights and instructed a counsel Miss A Howey. She represented me in court and Non Molestation order was discharged.

In finance proceedings I met my Counsel personally, I was impressed by her friendly and benevolent nature.
For example , she even reminded me to collect my luggage when she realised I might forget to collect my belongings in court room due to emotional stress.

As an upright professional, she tried to settle proceedings within Dispute resolution to save finances of both parties when she found my wife has managed to spend around 30/40 thousand pounds on legal costs despite all orders were with my agreement, and consent.
This is evident how solicitors especially in Family law proceedings are unprincipled and are even detrimental to their own clients and make whole family proceedings spiteful with motive of financial gain. Clients never realise the financial loss till the dopaminergic effect/ satisfaction with winning case is over.

I will continue to instruct Miss A Howey in my further Child care proceedings.

In a profession of very mixed abilities and service levels where the only certainty is the big bill, John Hudson is the real deal. He is knowledgeable, calm, thoughtful, prepares effectively, focuses on getting the best possible result and is not a schmoozer like so many in the divorce business. Settled at FDR against the pestilent tactics of the other side, very satisfied with his work.

I felt I received all the guidance I needed to enable me to the end result I deserved. Khairie was nothing but efficient.

James sourced a range of Barristers who were likely to be available for the Court Hearing. We had a pre decision talk through the problems to date and what was required of the Barrister chosen Catherine Hewitt no pressure. The Barrister was Professional throughout and grasped the complex situation. She was also warm with a friendly manner. We feel that she went above and beyond and was great in her communication throughout.

Waste of time and money. I instructed him, then saw the bad reviews. Wanted to change and was told no other barrister available, Had prepared a detailed statement in reply to the complainants statements. He prepared a brief statement and repeatedly said to amend his.Caused me worry, stress and sleeplessness. Did not file the defence statement nor represent me in court, but would not refund any fees. Quoted small print of contract. Investigating the Unfair Contract Terms.

James was able to source me the best legal representative for my totting up case. I was due to receive a ban of up to 6 months but Khairie managed to get me a brilliant result, he was extremely helpful and professional throughout the process.

During cross examination Khairie’s questioning removed any opportunity for the prosecution to catch me off guard or make me feel uncomfortable and with his expert guidance I was able to answer questions concisely and make the points which proved exceptional hardship.

I was given 3 points and a fine of under £300. I cannot recommend Quartz barristers highly enough. If I need representation in future I will be straight onto them.

Reply from James - Bloomfield would not be able to take on the case!! So already knowing my case why tell me to send papers? Just wasted my time. Then I see recent revue of Broomfield!!! Lucky escape
