I waited so long to get this bag and to have a crease running from side to side is not what I expected. The packaging does not hold up to being mailed. This bag should have been in a box so that the box would take the abuse of a mail facility. I am disappointed. Twice you have failed me. No more. I wish I could put a picture of the paper packaging and the damaged bag.

I had bought the bag for gift for my best friend and come to think about it she was thinking about getting the bag herself so she was very excited and the experience was very very good thank you very much...

I have to say I am disappointed with finished results of this product. Attached is the picture on your website next to a photo of actual product. The website photo looks well made , colorful and embossed.. the actual product looks like plastic. I had planned on this as a Xmas present but would be embarrassed to even present this to my wife. Mot sure I would even present to my 14 year old daughter . Be prepared for the return of this product and a full refund.

Horrible return policies, purse shipped in a plastic bag without any protection and had damage, they suggested a home made remedies that didn't work and gave me the run around.

I still have not gotten my bag! I ordered my stuff November 6th.You sent me an email on December 6thsaying you see that it has been delivered but I haven’t received anything.

The bag is beautiful. My wire really liked it. She wants a few more bags from you site. It would be really nice if the artwork was embossed to give a 3D effect.

Very dissatisfied with my order! Due to the printed material design on the purse and stains that on both sides of the purse that looks very tacky and poor quality. I have complained to customer service about this issue and they still deny me a refund to return item. I would never in life order from this non professional company again. Poor purse quality. This was definitely not premium leather quality nor up to par to be gifted to an Elderly women for a Birthday gift! Save your money from ordering here. They are a ripp off! Need to be sued!!! People work hard for they money for a company to ripp them off like this. This company needs to shut down. Very distasteful and unprofessional! Sent out defective products and stains from designs being made in production without correcting the issue or remaking it to quality liking. Very distasteful!!!! For a African American Brand Company!!!!!

This company keeps sending me information that the merchandise was delivered, however it was not delivered to me. I have repeatedly asked for a refund of nearly $400 and they will not refund my money ! These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I am furious because i don't have the merchandise and they won't give me my money back. Don't be bamboozled like i have been. Spend your money elsewhere!

I purchased 2 handbags. One for everyday use and the other for the weekend. I love them both. The vibrant colors and the texture of the bag are fabulous. Queenira did not disappoint. I am actually trying to decide on which will be my 3rd handbag.

There were a lot of options to choose from. It can be a bit overwhelming but I love my bags. I receive compliments from women and men all the time!! I see at least 10 other purses that I love. Thinking of giving a couple for Christmas! Only reason I didn't give it a 5 was because of the packing and shipping. These bags are so beautiful and should really come in a box.

Beautiful bag, but I wish they post pics of the actual size of each bag, this purse was way smaller than the picture that was displayed. I purchased the matching wallet, which takes up the majority of space in the purse. The purse came first then a week later the wallet. I purchased from Sista Bag before, I will stick with them.

Everything about this purchase felt personal. From the packaging to the follow-up email asking if I liked the product, you can tell they really value their customers. My Bound by Knowledge Leather Bucket Bag has become my daily go-to, soft yet sturdy, holds a ton, and still looks elegant. It's hard to find that balance between functionality and style, but Queenira nailed it. I feel like I discovered a hidden gem.

Honestly, I didn't think I'd love it this much. The African Serpent Classic Zip Pochette looks even better than the photos. Beautiful leather texture and color, it just feels premium. Totally worth it.
