I got my appointment at 7:40 pm. My meds were called in and my pharmacy said the script wasn't clear. Come to find out they just didn't take it. By the time I found that out I called and got it switched to another pharmacy. My meds were called back in and I got them in just a couple hours. Overall good experience.

The app is easy, my Dr is great, and the support when there is any issues ( like with my pharmacy) is great. They are quick to help you resolve any problems. The people I've delt with have all been kind , professional, and on top of their job. I wish it was this good of service everywhere. If you are on the fence just go for it because it's worth it.

Am currently between moving states and insurance and was in desperate need of my medication! The QuickMD Specialist helped when no one else could! Am super appreciative!

I was weary of filling my buprenorphine prescription through them but I’m so glad I did. It was so much easier then going through anyone else. Totally recommend. 10/10

I highly recommend QuickMd. Outside every store in my area is a sign selling kratom. Well I got addicted. I couldn't get off this stuff due to these really bad withdrawal symptoms. I tried, maybe I'm weak I don't know, but I couldn't do it. I was using 10 years and my health was absolutely horrible as a result including thoughts of suicide. Downloaded the QuickMD app and it was as if I got on board the train to recovery. Each step was so easy and fast. When I had a little bit of trouble with transmitting my ID there was a QuickMD person who efficiently helped. As a result I have not reused since starting treatment and I'm using a minimal amount of the replacement medication. And I have no cravings at all. Addiction is tricky I have to remain vigilant. But I have a beat thanks to quickmd

Was apprehensive with all the bad reviews but I’m on 5th month of MAT & it’s fantastic. No more driving to Dr $$ & pharmacy $$. Q MD costs me less than half vs the old way of doing things. 5 ⭐️

I had a great experience until I had to cut down my dose because of financial reasons. My usual doctor (who is fantastic) was not available until Monday, so I chose another one.
MISTAKE!
He grilled me about how I am 2 weeks late for my appointment. I told him I only take 1 a day now due to financial reasons. I asked if they could write for my old dose and he refused. So now I am made to suffer.
I hope to be able to go back to my old doc on Quick MD since he was kind and understanding. This other doctor was a jerk, to put it nicely, and is only in it for the $$$$. Be careful of the doctor you choose.

Excellent service from beginning to end. It was quick but not in a hurry up and get this over with kind of way.

Just amazing patient care that was quick, but thorough and the cost was very reasonable.

My webcam wasn't up-to-date so an image-capture of my license and face failed multiple times. I had to buy a new camera. Other than that, I achieved my goals at a reasonable price. All interactions where recorded, and what problems did arise were ease to identify and correct. The in-person Doctor was great.

Hands down a Perfect 10.....very fast and very professional. Able to resolve all my issues in a timely manner. Keep up the good work!

I love QuickMD. It’s such an easy, quick way to get the medical care you need. I’ve seen the same doctor for several years and I just adore her.

Three words! Reckless, Scammy, Unfit!! The DEA and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) need to investigate this platform in a BIG WAY!! They make it really easy to take your money and give you your meds, but the way they do it is the most irresponsible and reckless way possible! I spent a week in ABSOLUTE HELL because of a problem with the medication they gave me and how/when they told me to take it. I reached out to them to let them know that I was going through a medical emergency, but instead of talking to any kind of care team I talked to a fu#### AI chatbot!! Yep!! AI!!! Then they put you on with a support agent, probably not even in the United States, and then they just ghost you. . . . They don't respond to hospitals or emergency rooms or anything!! I just had the worst week of my life, and quite literally almost died because of this place!

After the first appointment you were supposed to get one follow-up appointment that doesn't cost anything extra, so I was going to make that appointment and tell them what was going on and how I felt. But they ghosted me once again and made it so I would have to pay the $100 paywall fee in order to talk to them again. I highly advise against this unless you are going to just use it for a cold or a flu type thing. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!! I am filing an official report with 100% factual evidence to backup everything I have said here! And I'm holding back! I haven't even mentioned all of it!

If this is the future of medicine we are completely screwed!

I had an issue with my pharmacy. But y'all fixed my issue in timely manner. It's awesome to be able to call a doctor of my choice. The live chat is another great tool you have. The staff patient and under standing😎 cause I was feeling awful.

They specialists help me major with my refund to my account so I can reschedule my visit and not have to pay for it all over again
