We paid a premium price as compared to uber for example, but the driver wasn’t waiting for us at arrivals. We had to call him and then walk 7min in the rain to the pick up area outside the airport. Also, car details sent on email didn’t match. The colour of the car and the driving plate were different, and if the driver didn’t let us know the correct ones on whatsapp, we would struggle to identify him. We also had to wait for the driver for 5min in the pick up area as he was en route rather than waiting for us.

Have used their services numerous times to Heathrow and am pleased with them. They're in frequent communication with you to remind you of your booking ahead of your trip. On the day, the drivers arrive on time with clean vehicles. The trips have been pleasant and am happy to use again and recommend to others.

I went to London last Sunday (11/02/2024) to see a football match as a birthday present for my son.
I took the opportunity to go on a short tour of the city, which ended at the London Olympic Stadium.
I also requested a transfer back to the airport at the end of the day.
Everything was perfect, my driver, Mr Aziz, was very attentive, making himself available to take us to all the places we asked for, without ever missing the time we had available and always in safety.
What's more, my son was greeted with a congratulations banner.
I highly recommend the Quick Airport Transfer service.

I wouldn't book this company through their website. They give you a price on the website and then later come to you and say it's going to be more..

Very quick, good and professional services

Fantastic service, booking is nice and easy to do. Person on chat very pleasant and helpful if you got any questions. Mine plane arrived a hour early because I did forget the hour difference, when I call mine driver, he say to me you are to early iam just waiting for someone else , but immediately organize another driver for the person ,then he drop me home, much appreciated when 1 o clock in the morning.

Ahmed was a true gentleman with his treatments like water, biscuits etc. More importantly he drove safely, he is very safe driver.

Taxi drivers were very helpful and on time.My only comment is that when I looked up cost on internet the cost of return fare was 75 pounds but when your company phoned me it was 100 pounds.I was suprised that your advertising cost was not correct.
