Good and Bad
Good service, not worth the cost.

I've been searching for a one-time fax need to save me a trip to the Fedex location. Frustrating that we still fax in this day and age, but this is the perfect solution.

I have used e-mail to send and receive documents for seems like forever. When I was told that I had to physically mail a document or fax it Fax was my only option and every service I tried was terrible to say least and when they say its free, believe me its not. I happen to find QuickFax and having the ability to send a fax for $1.50 no strings attached I was sold. I fax the document and the recipient claimed the didn’t receive it. I contacted QuickFax and the customer support is top notch and fast. I dont get text message replies as fast as the emails they sent one the communication started. Bottom line everything was taken care of and this for $1.50 what more can I say. Fax with confidence.

It was fast and easy to use. No subscription. No "free trial." It took a minute to upload the file and provide my payment information.

Super easy, no monthly fee, and document uploads were fast. This is the only fax service I use, I live out of the USA and I can pay with my credit card and everything is seamless.

I gave one review already. I think it works. I don't have confirmation of receipt yet. Was simple enough to use.

Service worked great, but a little pricey!

Incredibly simple to send a fax (don't own one because it's not 1992). Payment processing was especially slick using Stripe's Link product. Well worth a few bucks to send an important document without having to find a UPS store.

Ease of use.

Very easy and no subscription required for those once in a blue moon faxes you need to send. I only faxed 2 pages so no big deal, but it would be nice to have price levels for more pages. $15 would be a bit much for 10 pages

Very easy to use. Needed to send a fax to a company. Hadn't sent a fax in years and no longer have a fax machine so QuickFax was a great value for sending a single fax without having to subscribe to a monthly service.

What was good is that using quickfax I was able to send a fax to an IRS fax number which my conventional fax kept being unable to connect to. And it was reasonably priced because I only need to send two pages. (If, for example, I had to fax 20 pages it would have cost a ridiculous $15. ) Good to have an email confirmation of the send.

What I didn't like was it does not accept PayPal so I had to hand enter tediously my credit card details. And even if if wasn't tedious, I don't like even temporarily exposing my credit card details on the internet. In short, I wish they'd accept PayPal.
