Very reliable! The document was delivered within a minute. Emailed with a question and got a response quickly with a solution. Highly recommend and look forward to using the service again!

OK. But expensive for multipage faxes. And they DON'T accept PayPal.
What was good is that using quickfax I was able to send a fax to an IRS fax number which my conventional fax kept being unable to connect to. And it was reasonably priced because I only need to send two pages. (If, for example, I had to fax 20 pages it would have cost a ridiculous $15. ) Good to have an email confirmation of the send.
What I didn't like was it does not accept PayPal so I had to hand enter tediously my credit card details. And even if if wasn't tedious, I don't like even temporarily exposing my credit card details on the internet. In short, I wish they'd accept PayPal.

Faxing without the usual hassle
Finally a service that does exactly what I needed. Send ONE fax securely, without an account, without a subscription, without entering my credit card, pay securely via Apple Pay, and purge my document after it was transmitted. What a breath of fresh air! I'll be back when I next need to send a fax. Thank you, Ron!

QuickFax was exactly what I needed. I send faxes *maybe* once a year. I would much rather pay $4.50 one time for a 3-page fax than have to sign up for a "free" 7 day trial subscription for $9.99/month that I will surely forget to cancel. Thanks, QuickFax!

I was a little skeptical
I was a little skeptical, but QuickFax is the real deal. I needed to send a one-time fax and didn’t want to drive to a store that provides the service. It is super quick and easy.. and no forever monthly fees that you have to remember to cancel.
I waited for confirmation that the recipient actually received the fax before I completed this review. Success.

No Microsoft Publisher Compatibility
Your system was not compatible with Microsoft Publisher Files. I was unable to send a cover letter with my fax.

I'm really sorry you ran into an issue. You're right that we aren't able to process Microsoft Publisher files, but we certainly process Microsoft Word Docs. If you reach out to us at support@quickfax.com you, we'll be glad to help in any way we can.
Good convenient service
I found this service quite convenient, especially for situations where faxing is necessary, such as dealing with government agencies. Although the cost is somewhat on the higher side, the ease of use and reliability it offers make it worthwhile for those urgent needs. Overall, it's a helpful option when you need to ensure your documents are transmitted quickly and securely.
