The worst contact lenses I've ever had
The worst contact lenses I've ever had. Difficult to put in eyes & made them sore when finally placed. Do Not buy these contact lenses.

Contact lens delivery very delayed.
Contact lens delivery was estimated as 2-4 weeks. In the end it was nearly 7 weeks. Customer Service email replies were good but delayed delivery isn’t really acceptable.

Unfortunately, our distribution centre could not receive your order items sooner and it did take a lot longer to dispatch your order.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused, we will look into it if we can improve our service for future customers.
Unfair Returns Policy
I returned lenses of the incorrect prescription which was inconvenient and expensive (over $20 NZD). I read the return instruction that they only took lenses that had been unopened. I opened the box only to realise the strength was incorrect, however the lense cases themselves were untampered with. They are refusing to refund me.

As we explained to you multiple times, we can only exchange the items in their original unopened packaging for resale purposes. We are afraid that our customers will not accept such items which the package was opened by another customer but was resealed later as the lenses were untampered with.

Affordable coloured contact lenses
Their Qieto coloured contact lenses are comparable to those big brands but a lot cheaper. Very comfortable to wear. Highly recommend.
