Super fast delivery, a promo code and the sweets 😋

I would have given no stars if I could!!
I've been chasing a refund for more than a month now and have received nothing but empty promises. Every week I'm told it's been "escalated" or that I'll receive my refund "in the next few days," yet it never arrives. Emails are ignored, and the only way to get a response is through online chat, where they can't even provide a transcript so customers have no record of the promises they're making.
This isn't just poor customer service—it's completely unacceptable. Customers should not have to spend weeks chasing money that rightfully belongs to them.
After reading other reviews, it's clear I'm not the only one experiencing this. Clearly may be good at taking your money and delivering products, but when it comes to giving your money back, don't expect the same level of service.

I lost my 2 months lens supply and wanted something immediate. Clearly shipping showed a date instead of a range timeline. I ordered and requested customer care to prioritize the order if possible. They acknowledged but explained me the process and how long it takes. But then I received the order exactly in a week. Thank you so much. Price was slightly less compared to other websites too. The payment process which was little complex before is fixed now and I am back to Clearly as a happy customer again!

I was happy with the prompt delivery. Im just disappointed as I opened my right contact lense (Biofinity toric) only for it to break on half in my eye. Im very disappointed and would like to be reimbursed for this right eye lens.
