This company is running a scam. Listing items on their online website and they don't have these items in stock. About a week ago, I purchased something on their website and today they have sent me an email that they don't have any stock on hand and they will process the refund. Blocked my money with them for no reason. No work ethics

So slow its ridiculous, they stock nothing, and then it can take over a month to get the stock! You might think oh I'll save a couple of dollars, but the massive delays in supplying and order are just not worth it. Clearly you should shop somewhere else, because clearly this is one of the worst shops to buy contact lenses.

I ordered a pair of glasses they were not satisfactory I have been told I am entitled to a refund, I received a return form and posted the item, that was weeks ago. I have now contacted customer service three times regarding this, each time I am given a peacemeal " Refund should show in a few days" I am starting to wonder if I'll ever receive one. Something has gone wrong with this company!

Bad service team - no real support or apology for delays in service that seem to fix themselves when you’d like to cancel the order / don’t get me wrong the contacts have arrived - but the customer service is condescending confusing and dismissive

I appreciate the haribo gummies are intended as a little bonus treat, but I am ethically opposed to consuming animal products and they contain gelatine. Even if I throw them in the bin, by ordering the contact lenses I have unintentionally increased demand for a product I would not buy for ethical reasons. Gelatine in Haribo gummies primarily comes from pork skin, so practicing vegetarians and muslims would also not consume them. I will use my email for this review, can you please make a note to not include the gummies in my next lense order, very happy with the service otherwise! Great price and arrived very quickly

Ordered lenses for delivery 23rd Dec. Received an email to say delivery will not even be DISPATCHED from Australia until "the end of the 19th Feb 2025" die to problem with suppliers and that they do not permit cancellations unless the item is discontinued. Emails ensued and after several failed attempts customer service have agreed to cancel the order. I appreciate this conclusion but it should not have been so hard! Lost faith in the integrity of the company during the process...will shop elsewhere now.

I didn’t imagine there is Haribo in it with contact lenses. That made me so peaceful and happy thank you for making my great start of day
