Service and delivery great as always, this time 1 star down this time, as after initially placing my order, I had to chase for information on delivery, (my payment had been taken, in my order page it was showing as 'pending'? (I think that was the term), on contacting via WhattsApp it turned out that an image is required every 6 months, once I had supplied the image, the service kick in again and was great. The young man I spoke with was pleasant and very polite, confirmed when I required delivery (I'd missed the original delivery date due to this mix up), he arranged for my order to be sent with a day's delay and I received my order when expected and agreed. I will continue to use QuickMeds as I have been for the past 15 or 16 months
