Very good company to deal with
Very concise and clear questionnaire to fill in, asked more questions that my own gp surgery has ever asked me, excellent communication via email and telephone, was very clear with their information and instructions, prescription was posted very quickly with full tracking information, overall a very good experience and will definitely use again

Discount codes.
The delivery & packaging are never a problem but it's a waste of money to send a booklet out with every order. I now have 4. The discounts you offer are not very good. I have friends that use other suppliers and they get generous discounts of £30 every month. Also the codes are emailed to them by their suppliers. They don't have to search for them. I applied a code this month that was supposed to give me a 26% discount but infact I got a discount of £15 off my order. If the discounts don't improve I will be changing suppliers.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. Asked all the relevant questions and delivery was super quick! I love the fact they use Royal Mail, and not one of the useless delivery companies that can never find our farm. The fact that they use discreet packaging is also great. Would highly recommend.
