Quick delivery.

The batting was delivered in good condition and David was patient and prompt in responding to my inquiry about the shipping status.

My online order status said "Awaiting shipment" for over a week, so I submitted an inquiry, which got no response. The response to my second inquiry directed me to my receipt - separate from the acknowledgement of my order - which had (in fine print) an expected shipping date that I had not noticed. Now that I understand their system, I would not hesitate to order again but it can be confusing to a new customer - and anxiety inducing when it's a substantial order (full roll of batting).

Helpful, friendly and follow through on a missing order. They were persistent and I got it fast - none of that we will look into it ... they got it done!

I bought a thirty yard roll of this stuff for my wife -- a prolific quilter -- after reminding her that buying in bulk would save enough money to justify using the space needed to store it, while also saving on the gas and time consumed for periodic runs to the fabric store.
Our batting was shipped promptly, arrived in good condition and was well packaged.

This is my go to batting!!! It doesn’t bunch up and the front and back of the quilt clings to the batting and needs less pinning. Love the detailed quilting I can do with this size loft!!!!
