I ordered Mountain Mist Soft, Light-Loft Batting. Instead, I received Mountain Mist Ultra Fine needle punch batting. The needle punch batting is too stiff and because I quilt by hand and not machine, it is not as easy to quilt through.

Placed order on January 20. It is February 3 and still have no product, yet my credit card was charged around January 20. I sent a message through your website asking for an update on my order around January 30. I heard nothing back from that message. However, it does show the product did ship then on January 30. 10 between order and shipping is unacceptable with no communication. Also FedEx has been telling me for the last 3 days it will be delivered 'today'. Still no delivery.

Quality of product is great. This is my first time ordering and my only disappointment had nothing to do with the product or company. It just took longer to get to me. Obviously VA and TN are not close geographically so I just had to be patient and wait. Thank you!

The website was easy to navigate, email responses were quick and clear and their tone was respectful and professional. My only problem was that accurate shipping costs were difficult to determine because I operate my business in Canada. The difficulty was resolved and shipping was prompt.
