I bought the DIANA II and matching band for my wife back in 2015. I did a ton of research prior to my purchase and needless to say, Quorri exceeded my expectations. My wife was and is thrilled. She has continuously received compliments on her rings. The buying process and customer service during the initial purchase was awesome. Recently, my wife noticed that one of the small stones on the band had fallen out and was gone. I touched base with Quorri who immediately set me up with options on how to quickly fix and repair the band to like new... all hassle free. These guys are true pros and I would gladly recommend to anyone. Job well done!

I picked up my breath taking gorgeous ring by Quorri two days ago and I’m still staring at now! The sparkle of my ring will never go away!

I spent a lot Of time, six days of reading and searching which lab diamond was the best and the most inexpensive one that I could find! The last one was Quorri!
I guess I saved the best for last. But I did so much homework on all the other companies I know I picked the best company for me as well as for my sister, my cousin, and a good friend lol. I did the work and they are happy and I am more than happy with the lovely Jason who is with customer service.

This will be too long if I say everything that Jason has done for me. I have been told I am a hard person to work with because I’ve change my mind on the size of the ring as well as the band.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jason who is the most amazing customer service person I have ever dealt with ever! I felt he was giving me individual attention because every time I asked a question even if it was on a weekend or an evening he always answers me in the same day.!
I asked him if he could have the ring ready for my nieces christening. I only gave them four days notice for this. He had it ready on the fourth day of me asking him.
He had it ready five days before the christening! I love Quorri and their customer service. Jason gives you individual attention and nothing is too much to ask!

Where else could you Buy a beautiful sparkling amazing ring for $1000 plus. Comes with a lifetime warranty. This Beautiful amazing ring will last longer than me lol

I reached out to the folks at Quorri a little over a month ago to inquire about creating a custom engagement ring for my now fiance. Having gotten quotes from several jewellers, they had the best combination of craftsmanship, access to stones, timeliness, pricing and overall great customer service. Sam at Quorri was always prompt to respond to any questions I had throughout the process. The custom ring design process was intimidating but they made the entire experience stress free and transparent. Quorri provided such a beautiful ring for my fiance's engagement ring. I ordered from them a custom 2 carat engagement ring and it was the best purchase I made. They provided me with feedback and were there guiding throughout the whole process. When my fiance saw the ring for the first time, she absolutely loved it. It is permanently now on her finger. I worked with Christian on a concept for ruby ring using a photo I found online. The detail that went into the design was very intricate. Once I received my ring I was able to really look at how incredible Quorri craftsmanship is. The work done to create the fastening is excellent and the stones are perfect! This ring and the process of making it more than exceeded my expectations. It’s absolutely stunning! It’s been over a month and I just can’t stop admiring it.

I recently had a ring custom made through Diamanti by Quorri. It was scary spending money like that online (sight unseen) and I was very anxious about the whole process, but all I can say is "WOW". I kept in contact with them (and they with me) through every step. I asked lots of questions and each time I was answered promptly and respectfully.

Who designs a ring and orders it online!!!!! I was terrified. Sam constantly was my contact and was patient with every email I sent.

Don't have any hesitation. This is a great company and I will be ordering my wedding band next from them.

I purchased my wife's engagement ring 10 years ago. Had it serviced recently. When I received it, it was as if I obtained a brand new ring. Victor was terrific! Service was excellent and prompt. My wife is estatic. Beautiful ring!!

I love the team and the quality of the work they did for me many times. All my orders contained custom elements with intricate designs and the team was able to deliver every time. The communication channel is open and transparent and their client associates are super helpful.

My husband purchase my ring from Quorri over two years ago, we decided thing year to upgrade my diamond. I was nervous doing this process without having been able to see the diamond prior to but I was working with Jason who was amazing. Jason kept us in the loop every step of the way and reassured us that we would be happy with the results and we were. My ring came back better then I had every thought, I am beyond happy and thankful for the experience we had.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a special ring.

This will be a multi-part review. Stage 1 customer service. Although they don’t talk over the phone they have been excellent at answering questions thoroughly and have been great to work with by email so far. I have just received a quote for a custom ring and thats how far I am in the process. The reviews are obviously impeccable and I can see why. So far they are living up to the expectations. Once I receive CAD rendering and move further down the line, ill update.

Update 1: Received the quote and had some budgetary concerns. They worked with me and got me the ring I wanted at a price well under what I intended to pay. So far they are living up to their flawless reviews. Extremely professional and very reasonable business people. I genuinely feels like I got a dream ring for a killer deal!

The customer service is as good as the ring, nothing short of spectacular. They worked with my customizations, fast shipment and a new ring box all the way till the end without a hesitation. I was worried about the quality and the looks, however once I got the ring all those worries disappeared. In my fiance's words "I Love It"
