Was easy to find the type pf policy I needed.

Site seems very 'sensitive'?? I found myself having to input information several times as the screen kept clearing and I was back to square one.

Documentation appeared in short order and was self explanatory.

Container insurance? Hadn't thought about it, but shopped around, and this seemed best value for money. Certainly better value than cover offered by storage companies...

Very helpful and efficient service

Good service - just what we needed

their claims number is disconnected, the number on the FCA website goes to voicemail, seems like they have either gone bust or trying to dodge claims.

The site was very easy to navigate, all documents available to inspect before completion , the price was excellent for the cover offered, hope that we can do the same business next year, thanks .

Easy to use website. Only query is that I was “spat out” once, as I was about to pay and was told security token did not match. What is a security token? Anyway, it worked on the second attempt.

As with any insurance purchase you hope that you never need to use the product you are paying for.
That being said the purchase was smooth and I did have a couple of questions which were responded to quickly. Initially the storage facility i wanted to use was not on their list but this was added quickly following my request.
In terms of initial customer service and the purchase process I would rate 5*

Easy, transparent, cheap

I thought the admin charge was a little steep especially for return customers, but when I a price comparison all the entire policy other companies were more expensive so opted for quote monkey.

Would have preferred to communicate with a human being rather than via emails only

Straighforward, easy to arrange, affordable insurance.

The website is difficult to navigate and uses colours that are difficult to differentiate.

Process of getting quote & price for liability insurance on some woodland was very slick.

Real proof of insurance quality is always how well a claim goes but hopefully that will never be put to the test..
