I don't know what kind of low IQ people are working there.

I have requested a deletion of one of the game account I have played as it wasn't possible to continue playing it on mobile.

Some unintelligent person has deleted my main R2 account instead.

They have no clue how they accounts and game accounts are structured, they clearly didn't understand what I have been asking and never tried to clarify nor confirm it.
The ticket I have created clearly stated the game and account I was playing.

Incredible. Luckily I haven't spent any money there yet - and never will now.
This made it easy to never use R2 or associated services again.

The developers still have not fixed a bug which greatly affects the game on the version FR of the crystal saga game..
For months and years we have been submitting tickets and complaints to our GMs who provide us with no help and are all incompetent.
Gaming platform to escape...

June 19th, 2024. Probably my last time playing Crystal Saga. The game itself is not a problem and pretty good in my opinion. But, I have some problems with people that literally can track my activities (I don't know if that's the dev/not).

The 1st incident is when I use the official r2games client and playing Crystal Saga (I think it's couple months ago), some person I don't know who, on world chat, typing something that what I'm doing on that time (literally irl). It completely shocked me and made me close the app immediately. That incident made me think for a moment about how he could know what I was doing in real life (which is maybe penetrate my laptop security) and made me delete the client so bad. It also gives me trauma and made me not playing the game anymore.

A few weeks have been passed, and made me miss playing that game again. So, I decided to look a browser (with some security ofc) that still supports flash player, which is UC Browser (I didn't know this browser safe or not). I think I play the game again on early May and so far so good, I feel like there are no more security problems. Until the 2nd same incident happened again (June 18th, 2024. Which is yesterday), and made me want to quit this game.

I don't know if it's my laptop security problem or if the game/client itself is not safe, but I think I made the right decision since this is the 1st time I've ever experienced something like this while playing an online RPG game.

je me déconnecte, et quand j'y retourne on me dis que je dois vérifié mon mail pour me connecté. et pour vérifié mon mail il faut aller sur mon compte et cliquer sur vérifié! aucun autre lien pour ce faire parvenir un lien.
je veux faire un tiquer pour expliquer mon cas mais la il faut un nom de compte et je n'en ai pas rentré.
je n'ai reçu aucun mail à mon inscription.

Absolutely horrendous experience as a consumer of their product. Defective malfunctioning system, no reply or responds from customer service at all.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVER.

A fuir absolument!!!! 7 ans à monter un personnage sur LOA, un investissement important, c'était un plaisir à l'époque. Aucune reconnaissance pour les joueurs, aucune écoute. La seule chose qui ne Bugue pas chez r2games c'est le moyen de paiement " évidemment".

Site à fuir de toute urgence comme tout le monde Les développeurs sont juste là pour faire tourner une version bancale d’un jeu juste pour vous pomper du fric ils ne sont même pas des développeurs car ils ne font qu’acheter les droits à des éditeurs chinois ou coréen et ils lance leurs jeu juste pour récupérer des deniers. Leur sois-disant support n’existe tout simplement pas car la seul chose que fait le "support" c’est remonter les bugs aux développeurs et rien d’autre par contre quand on se plaint un peut trop au sujets de bot ou de comptes hacké on se fait gentiment ban temporairement voire pire et le forum c’est encore pire j’ai joué à presque tout les jeux de leurs catalogue et c’est un carnage notamment loa et le truc de "vos données personnelles sont protégées etc.... " c’est du flan car dès qu’il y as le moindre souci sur un compte si t’est pas catalogué comme "payeur" il en ont rien à scouer et aucun professionnalisme et aucune politesse par contre si tu paye ils t’aide volontiers à condition que tu continue de jouer sur leurs serveur avec le même enthousiasme tt ça pour dire que cette société est une honte et que même des singes peuvent faire mieux

finger weg Spiel hat bug Fehler ohne ende Abzocke

Des graphisme du siècle dernier. Un SAV qui ne résolve pas les bugs et n'écoute que les cashier.
Un service qui te sanctionne sans te laisser la possibilité de te défendre ( droit de la défense inexistant) à la moindre incartade si tu ne paye pas suffisamment.
En revanche, tu peux tout transgresser si tu peux dépense beaucoup.

The worst game publisher I have come across. They don't care about their players. They keep on messing every patch or event they can. They have broken everyone's trust and don't deserve to be a game publisher. I recommend to cancel their license and take down the site forever and never let them be a game publisher again.

Rip off all the way

This games company make some good complex games but suffer from major glitches. As you become better at the game they increase the pricing of items to unreasonable levels. The latest act is to put out one needed item at $600 dollars. Avoid getting into the games at all costs unless you are prepared to mortgage your house to do any good

I stumbled across R2 (Reality Square Games) during my connection-throttled times of using a broadband connection.

I was happy to find ANY decently modern game that remains playable, even multiplayer, while my connection speed makes the ancient 56k modem times seem fast.

I played Wartune, Nova Genesis, and several others since Crystal Saga came up with the innovative auto-pathwalking.

On the good side the games are fun, but for a price. Not only the notorious 'pay to win' attitude and greedy pricing.

The games come with an overdosage of included distraction and bog-down players in several forms of micromanagement to raise their BR (Battle Rating).

The games nearly all have nigh-zero real choices to make and follow an idiotic story, if there is a real plot at all.

Competitions are among the 'enforced events', as casual players are seriously falling behind, when not clicking everything dished at them.

The character creation is so anti-RPG that it is not hard to notice that it is rooted in anti-customer attitude. Customers are tolerated, but the slightest criticism can provoke ire, harassment and stalking 'fans' who suspiciously often resemble the official criticized along with some buddies or psycho-thugs (so called gaslighting or gang-stalking would be an overstatement, but not by very much).

Character customization is unknown, as if individuality was not known to some of the programmers. Given the Asian roots of the games' origins, that may simply be a cultural problem - unintended but noticeable.

I had been banned myself for a while, and rightfully so, as I was trolling and outraging in my past. After that I had my own return and I had disappointments, but neither complaints, nor any kinda virtual vendetta or prejudice.

On the good side the newer games are much more fluid, and have some fun parts and joyful, shortlived cooperations with other players. I would still wish for character stats like in Dungeons & Dragons or other real RPG's, but I stopped hoping.

I still mourn that we all look alike, ride the same mounts, and have the same pets in most of the games.

Contrary to criticism R2 does react to feedback, and even works to deliver quick solutions and fixes. Actually impressively so among the low budget games.

My personal spoiler-problem is of these main aspects:

As an adult I do not want to be forced into competitions, like arena challenges, as such do not replace a story and choices we make individually.

Character customizations is my ego's access to the game. If I get dished a generic figure I harshly ever want to invest any money, even, if I can afford so.

Some players who staid longer with a game act like brutes and bullies to newbies. Such customer-spoiling joy of abusive misbehavior does not belong.

Counter-Part: The hostility and racism against Asians remains wrong, as people from the free democracies should not blame R2 for its origins or partners but focus on the real troublemakers by individual cases. The goal should be acceptable solutions and not blame and vengeance.

Finger weg von diesem Spiel! Wenn man ein Problem hat, wird einem grundsätzlich nicht geholfen. Z.B, bekommt man durch einen Bug (davon gibt es ziemlich viele) keine Questbelohnung, ein weiter entwickelter Gegenstand fehlt plötzlich etc. Sie verlangen standardmäßig einen Screenshot als Beweis (als ob man vorher wüsste, dass etwas schief geht). Ich habe bestimmt schon 10x den Support angeschrieben. Sie reden sich immer raus (die vorherrschende Sprache ist englisch, das durch ein Übersetzungsprogramm gejagt wurde - dementsprechend ist dann das deutsche Kauderwelsch), geholfen wurde mir noch nie! Man kann in dem Spiel sehr schnell mächtig werden, aber nur wenn man reales Geld einsetzt. Die Preise sind gepfeffert, man kann Beträge von 4,99 Euro bis 299 Euro einsetzen. So steht es zumindest da, in Wirklichkeit wird aber noch die Umsatzsteuer draufgeschlagen. Kauft man z.B. ein Paket für 99 Euro zahlt man tatsächlich 120 Euro! Außerdem wurden bewusst Situationen in das Spiel eingebaut, in denen man ungewollt Diamanten (das Spielgeld, das man kaufen kann) einsetzt. Man muss höllisch aufpassen, dass man nicht in so eine Falle tappt und oftmals auch durch Schaden klug werden.

Fazit: Das Spiel ist bewusst auf Abzocke angelegt, bei einem Problem wird man immer allein gelassen, die Programmierer sind völlige Nieten (wird einmal ausnahmsweise ein Bug behoben, hat man dafür 2 neue Bugs)! Das Chatsystem ist unter aller Kanone, man muss oftmals einen Satz auf zweimal schreiben, weil der Platz nicht ausreicht. Es gibt zwar Events, in denen es großspurig "Gemeinsam das Böse besiegen" heißt, aber dann gibt es Belohnungen dafür, dass man seine Freunde beklaut. Wie krank ist das denn?
Mit Abstand das schlechteste Spiel, mit dem ich je Bekanntschaft gemacht habe...!

tut zu wenig bei den Preisen für Kunden, Bei Probleme wochenlang nicht erreichbar.

tous les jeu R2 Games sont des free to play mais n'oublier pas votre cb pour progressé, une équipe de MJ's presque inexistante (a ce jour il dois en rester 2 ou 3 sur Démon et Dragon) , un support qu'il ne faut pas trop solliciter sous peine d'attendre longtemps un résolution du problème, toujours la même réponse, les soucis viennent toujours de la connection internet ou du pc du joueur, jamais de R2 Games, les bugs sont trop nombreux , corriger au bout de 6 mois en moyenne et l'avis des joueurs ne sont pas ou peu pris en compte! une erreur lors d'un cadeau de fusion de serveur a donner droit a un roll back, les joueur n'y étant pour rien je ne vois pas pourquoi avoir retiré les cadeau !
