I want to see Ryan for my arthritis , l had 2 sessions with him when I had the first session the pains on my knees were very painful and after the sessions and l feel less pains. With the after exercise given to me to do help me a lot. I believe by the one month exercise my pains will be gone completely. I was very impressed with the treatment l received. Keep up the good work.

I had 2 appointments with Ryan which were very professional. He asked all the relevant questions pertaining to my injury and pain. The examination was thorough and to the point. Rayan mafe me feel comfortable throughout and by the second appointment he had relieved the pain in my right knee RESULT.

After my ACL rupture, R3 took really good care of me. Ryan was super supportive, compiled bespoke training plans that got me back on my leg in no time. Sessions are also very motivating and I extended the initial set of appointments to double that.

From my very first session, I knew I was in safe hands. Ryan is highly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely listens. He took the time to work out exactly what was going on with my knees, and I left that first appointment feeling hopeful and uplifted.

I’d been struggling with knee pain and a burning sensation at night that was affecting my sleep. By my second session, the burning had eased and I was sleeping through the night again. What I love most is Ryan’s approach: he does not believe in “no pain, no gain.” If an exercise hurts, he immediately adjusts it to something that works without causing pain — same results, no unnecessary discomfort. His patience, empathy, and friendly manner make every visit a positive experience.

I can honestly say my quality of life has improved. I’m sleeping well, moving better, and feeling more confident.
If you are experiencing pain and want a physiotherapist who truly cares about your recovery, I highly recommend R3 Physiotherapy. Don’t delay — book your appointment and start feeling better.

Treatment was helpful and physio therapist well experienced

I was suffering with lower back pain, mostly stiffness and also problems with my thigh to knee joint, which I learned was my IT band. Ryan explained every movement and how it impacted on each muscle. He was quite entertaining, which really put me at ease. I have had two sessions, which has really helped. I am still to finish his book Walking with Purpose. I would use this service again if needed to in the future.

I am so glad I applied for the online offer to see Ryan at R3 Physiotherapy. He was incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease from the very start. Throughout my sessions, he helped relieve a significant amount of the pain and tension I had been experiencing in my hip and lower back.

I was particularly impressed by the technology he used. The laser treatment was fascinating and felt very effective. I have noticed a real improvement and am no longer experiencing the same aches that I had been dealing with for years.

The only downside I experienced was accessing the treatment room at the Ilford site. It is located within a gym that requires a code for entry. On my first visit, I had no way of contacting Ryan to let him know I had arrived, and I ended up waiting over ten minutes while trying to flag down staff for assistance. I later found out that staff are not available after 5pm, which made the intercom unhelpful. A similar situation happened during my second appointment, although I was more prepared by then. Ryan was very apologetic on both occasions.

Aside from this access issue, the service itself was excellent. I would highly recommend R3 Physiotherapy to friends and family. Ryan creates a comfortable and professional environment, and the results truly speak for themselves.

I must admit it was a bit skeptical of the advice given by Ryan but I've thrown myself in and trusted the process. I've had 5 visits so far and my shoulder pain is 95% better and I'm having the best night sleeps now.
Ryan explains everything and what you need to do to correct it and having him actually listen means so much and the results for me have been perfect. The bonus of hands on manipulation, treatments and aids are all encouraging. You also get an app which shows you a video of what to do with a countdown so your timings are correct. I can't wait for him to start sorting out my knees!!

For over a year I suffered from severe lower back pain due to a dehydrated disc, and for the last three months it became so bad that I struggled to walk properly. The pain was affecting a nerve and I developed sciatica, to the point where I had almost stopped living normally.

From the very first session, Ryan carried out a thorough assessment, which really helped me understand what was happening in my body. His approach has been incredibly professional and effective, combining trigger point therapy, targeted pressure, neurogliding exercises, laser treatment, and a clear rehabilitation plan.

Thanks to him, I can now walk, sit, and stand for much longer without pain, and I finally feel like I’m getting my life back. Ryan is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely cares about his patients’ recovery.

I’m extremely grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with back pain or nerve-related issues.

Ryan is very bubbly and caring. He was tentative in his approach and puts you at ease. The treatment was very effective and aftercare advice and excersize are provided.
