Ryan and the team were fantastic to work with, throughout the duration of my treatment plan I was able to contact Ryan about adjustments to my plan and suggestions.

The appointments were relatively easy to book.

The sessions from Ryan were great very patient , provided great support and information. Was able to recover over time and Highly recommend!

Things to note:

The Ilford centre is essentially at the back of the gym. so might be a weird setting for some.

I do believe the main centre in London Liverpool St is their own so will try out. (will update the review)

Went to see Ryan with an excruciatingly painful trapped nerve in neck/shoulder.
The body scan was really interesting and highlighted areas I struggled with, without being aware of this.
Ryan is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I've had 2 treatments with another one planned and I've actually had a reduction in pain.
I'm that happy that I've recommended him to others and my son will be attending to address his own sciatic pain.

I had my first appointment with Ryan last week, and I felt comfortable with him right away. He is both personable and professional, making him the best physiotherapist I've encountered. He listened carefully and showed genuine interest in my concerns. Unlike my previous experiences with other physiotherapists, I felt truly at ease. During the appointment, I underwent a full body scan, and Ryan took the time to explain the results in detail. What I thought was the source of my back issue turned out to be something different! He also assessed my feet and legs for any weaknesses and quickly diagnosed the problem. After some manipulation of my ankles and calves, I experienced a significant reduction in stress on my lower back. He provided me with exercises to strengthen the weak areas, and I'm currently doing them. I highly recommend Ryan.

The therapist was able to get rid of muscle pain for me which had not gone despite having therapy massage from others. I only had 2 treatments and they were enough to get rid of my pain and the exercises he gave me are very helpful.

Ryan was very friendly, put me at ease straight away and was professional. His expert knowledge in this field made it possible for a specific tailored approach to be applied to my issues. For example, traditional rehab exercises for quads don't work my quad and I only found this out because Ryan took the time to check that each rehab exercise he issued actually worked for my body. It was an informative and well worth it experience. I'm look forward to my next appointment!

I received massage therapy for my swollen and aching knee and elbow from Robert. After a few sessions, the tightness around my knee drastically diminished and range of motion with pain increased. My elbow range of movement also improved significantly. I am grateful to Robert's skilful hands, professional character and responsible attitude. He started in time and worked on my joints and muscles non stop until the last second.

My physiotherapy session, with Ryan have being instrumental in me feeling more physically able and alleviating my pain. I've learnt allot about how my body responds to different movements and pain via the exercise's given. Ryan is patient, professional and respectful. His expertise and knowledge has been key in me navigating my perimenopause journey which has led me to asking the right questions and making the right informed health decisions with my GP. First of all, Ray is wonderful since you arrive to the appointment.
The tests about our body are clear.
His treatment has worked fo me, feeling myself more confident.
All exercices and advices worked incredible. And my daughter has hot the same experience.
We feel much better and continue eith jis advices and exercices.
Of course we will go back to him when we need him.

I would recommend Ryan as he gives his honest opinion on your symptoms. He tailors your homework exercises and checks that you can do them without being in too much pain. He always reviews this and can tell if you have not done them consistently. He gives advice at all times and listens to your concerns even when his clinic is full.

It was ok. Ryan was really nice and friendly, and some of his advice was helpful, but his services are very expensive, and in my view not value for money, so I will not be seeing him again. I generally consult a qualified sports massage therapist, who I have been seeing for years. He is very knowledgeable and always sends me away feeling better, having received great analysis and treatment for my condition and advice for exercises and stretches etc. and I recommend him to friends and family.

Very good listener and very professional. Felt a huge improvement from the 1st session with Ryan. Would highly recommend. Today was 2nd session.
