My first session went well I could feel the difference soon after it was finish my back pain is now around 2 out of 10 before it was 8 or 9 getting out of bed each morning was in pain now I hardly feel any pain and Hats off to Ryan for the extra exercise tips.

Great session with Ryan. He took time to listen to the history of my injury then set about identifying weak points and problems. He was clear in his communication the whole time and explained what each exercise would target.

Also the web booking system made booking really simple.

Physio with Ryan was amazing the treatment and exercise program was tailored to my specific needs along with information that regular physiotherapist do not give you.

Ryan was an excellent support. In only 1.5 sessions, I learnt a lot about my mobility. Including causes of pain that I was not expecting to be made aware of. Ryan is friendly, professional and informative. His analysis and exercises given were very helpful and proved immediately effective. I think of it as almost an MOT for your mobility. If you're in pain, I would highly recommend this service.

I was pretty nervous initially as my back is pretty bad but R3 made me trust them by their use of knowledge and techniques ! I experienced immediate pain relief, and they are the only people that have focussed on the cause not the problem and I am super hopeful that my pain journey will come to an end soon.

I went for help with bilateral hip pain. I was very happy with the appointment has it was very informative and helped me to understand what was going on in my body. I was told to do some simple exercises and this was video and replayed. Ryan the physiotherapist was very professional and explained everything step by step. The laser job on my hips did a good job as I haven’t felt any discomfort since then. He has sent me the video for my exercises and I’m looking forward to starting my program and to help myself heal.

There's actually a lot that I liked. I liked the initial conversation I had on the phone explaining what I was feeling and where I was feeling it. I knew it wasn't an unusual injury as I've had a number of football related injuries before. Mr Johnson mentioned what it could be and had a plan in place to help with recovery if it was exactly that.

When arriving for my appointment, I was impressed with the setup and really enjoyed the initial assessment of my stance, strengths and weaknesses with basic movements, which I already knew, but what was eye opening was just how bad. During the appointment we had really good discussions and the deep tissue massage, while painful, was spot on hitting exactly where I was injured and breaking up the scar tissue, again giving me confidence that Mr Johnson knew exactly what he was talking about.

The more we discussed and performed certain exercises that would be good for recovery, the more we were able to highlight other areas/muscles which may be overcompensating due to weaknesses elsewhere, especially regarding feet and plantar fasciitis. It was quite remarkable and would definitely recommend.

Really impressed with the service and advice from Ryan. Several weeks on and I ca feel the difference already just with a few short exercises a day (and nothing strenuous!) Less pain, less creaking and some very underused muscles waking up. Sincerely thank you!

An excellent service was delivered by Ryan of R3 Therapy. I booked Ryan after having suffered a dislocated kneecap via a skating accident and he was keen to assist in rehabilitating the knee from the point at which he met it. I had a very through hands on session with laser included and he talked me through every step of the way so I left feeling very informed and confident about the next steps. Ryan also gave great advice for additional exercises between sessions to help me get the best results possible.

The therapist was very skilled and took great care in considering my sons cause of pain and giving a professional diagnosis. He was clear and concise with informing us what the next steps would be and it has helped my son considerably.

I have had a lot of trouble for the last few months with my shoulders. I knew I had nothing to lose and I went for the package. The body scan was very useful and I got a lot of good advice moving forward . Ryan is very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. The massage and exercises were needed and Ryan gave a lot of feedback. He was positive and reassures me things will improve. I was honestly quite low before I went to the session and I can tell he meant it and loves his job.I didn't expect to feel any improvement but in a couple of days I noticed more freedom in my shoulders.

I went into the clinic barely able to walk. At this point I have regained 80% of my mobility and this is due to the care received from Ryan. His holistic investigative skills resulted in a diagnosis around which my treatment was designed. Follow up calls & customised exercises included in the package was very helpful. Ryan’s genuine positive reassurance and professionalism is what a patient experiencing chronic pain needs as It gives hope which aids healing process.

Very good service, he was patient with my dad when he could not do some of the exercises. Also, he explained things in detail as to why he was experiencing pain in certain areas. He even went a little over time which was really nice

Ryan is the best. By the time my appointment was over, I had a better understanding of my condition, which I have had for nearly four months.
